The hotel is in the historic Old Marco. Its perfect location and quietness allows you to enjoy breathless Sunsets. Moreover, for a person like me who travels by myself, I fell very well guided and taken care of. The owner herself and Melanie, the front desk person, went the extra mile in order to make sure I have a fantastic stay. I loved it so much that I stayed a couple of extra nights. I call places like this, B & S, which in my traveling lingo means Beautiful and Safe. Two remarkable highlights of The Boat House!

We did a 3 days stay and enjoyed everyday. The motel is closed to everything and the staff was excellent. We are planning on returning next month. Bring your fishing equipment and fish by the dock. The sunset was wonderful from the dock.

We had a great 2 week stay at The Boat House. We decided on this location when our normal condo was not available due to the Short Term Rental Ban. The Boat House is a hidden gem of Marco Island. Desiree and her staff will go out of their way to make everything just right. Its not the Marriott......thats why we love it! We will definitely be back.

We loved our 3 days stay and would highly recommend this mom and pop hotel. The location is great and the staff were wonderful. You are close to everything. The view to the gulf was beautiful. Bring your fishing equipment and relax by the pool. We are planning on returning next month. While there do the sunset cruise on the paradise cycle boat cruise.

Was originally coming to Marco with a large group, plans changed but still came. Originally planned on staying 2 days ended up staying the week. The location is great, waterfront and close to everything on the island. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodated the few requests I had. The pool is right on the water, where you can fish off the back and relax. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great and the ceiling fan helps with Florida heat. Would definitely stay again, may do so soon. Very quiet and well maintained. Highly recommend
