We had the pleasure of checking into the Marco Island Hilton resort, it is beautiful, but the gentleman that helped us with our bags was superb. We arrived on our Anniversary and asked about places to eat and he was spot on with his suggestions. Vic you are the man and we still have a few days to go. Thank you for starting our week out grand!

As a recommendation we went to Destin. After a day we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. After searching for an alternative and an all day flight we got to this resort. Upon checking in we were escorted to our room. A beautiful view of the gulf that most of the rooms appear to have. The next morning we went to the beach and didn’t have to fight for chairs. We stayed at the beautiful clean beach for most of the day. The waves were incredible and the water warm. The sand isn’t powder but more like sand and shells but still able to walk barefoot. Then we went up to the pool, and again didn’t have to fight for chairs and an umbrella. The food and bar by the pool was awesome and the staff incredible. At the end of the day we had 3 four star restaurants across the street to choose from. Italian, seafood and a steakhouse. In addition there are a have dozen more with less fanfare yet good taste. The spa is tomorrow and I just don’t think we will ever leave. One more thing Vic was so friendly in addition to all the staff, but he went out of his way to make sure there was no unanswered question.

Lovely stay—very large rooms, comfortable beds, fabulous beach and great location. Barbara at the Deck Bar made our night with taking care of all of us—even our picky kids. When freezers were broken at next door market, so no ice cream was available, Barbara made it happen for us—she saved the day!

This was our second stay at this resort but it was over 12 years since our last visit. The hotel was good then and even better now. The check-in was a bit frustrating but a manager came to our aid and got it right. We were checked in to a 1st floor room and we have no kids with us and are Diamond members. The manager put us in a quiet room on the 10th floor. The lobby is inviting with the pool entrance at the end of it. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony where you can see the Gulf even though we were on the backside. Complimentary buffet breakfast in the Deck at 560 restaurant for us as Diamond members and could order an omelet from the wait staff. A very small issue was met by the manager with apologies and 2 drink coupons. Beautiful beach and view. Music on the pool deck nearly nightly. Drinks are a bit pricey but that is what you would expect. Plenty of great dining including Snook Inn, CJ's on the Bay, Da Vinci Ristorante and Thai Sushi by KJ. Good red ale at Marco Island Brewery. Had a fantastic Spanish meal at Lamoraga in Naples and then great cigar / drink at BURN by Rocky Patel also in Naples. Great music by Heavy Pour Troubadours. Marco Island and the Hilton are a great vacation destination.

If you are looking for a vacation you will enjoy from the start, the Marco Hilton is the perfect stay. From the moment we arrived Racheal and Mallory took amazing care of us. Eddie had a warm welcome for us as he took our luggage up. I thought we were just lucky to have all the great people help us, until I met James the resort manager. After meeting James I knew all his employees would be wonderful, because those are his expectations for every guest that comes to his property. Even the girls in the hot sun serving drinks around the pool (Ximena and Cheryl) kept a smile on their faces all day long. Thank you Marco Hilton for an unforgettable family stay.
