When we first got there at 4pm . Our room was not ready. We had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for our room to ready. The room was nice and spacious but with no towels and half clean. On the second day of our stay. Housekeeping didn’t even clean our room at all. Most of time you see housekeeping standing up talking . The breakfast was very good but the only problem I had. If I already for the breakfast to be included. Hilton are still charging me $7.49 restaurant fee for just eating in the restaurant. It is overrated. Will not book at that hotel again.
I stayed here the 3rd to the 4th for a past minute business trip and truly loved my experience. I visit Hilton Hotels many times throughout the year and I RARELY feel the need to write a review, but this one clearly understands the current moment in which we are living, they have made a plan and are executing the plan in the best way possible. My stay began with a wonderful front desk staffer, I believe her name was Mallory. She was warm and welcoming after a long day of travel. I was really ready to get to my room and she made it happen quickly! The front desk also had plexiglass and all staff wore masks, they took mask wearing seriously at all times across the complex. I needed a few more towels to my room and a very nice man, I didn't get his name, brought me towels in literally minutes! Once I settled in, I took a stroll around and was able to really look. The lobby is elegant and majestic and the chandelier was actually quite amazing. The pool was very clean and the chair were organized very well so it wasn't cluttered and spaced nicely. I didn't quite have time to take a dip but Jake at the pool asked if I needed anything and was sure to make sure I was taken care of. He took pride in his work and kept it very tidy. This Hilton also has a small store for food Nd beverage and it has great options for something quick. José was also very welcoming and I could see he was smiling under his mask. He also made a delicious cup of coffee. All in all, everything from the front desk to the pool to housekeeping was perfectly done at this Hilton. As I come back to Marco Island over the next while for work, this will be my go to hotel of choice and it should be yours too! …
My Sweetheart and I spent 3 wonderful nights this November at this lovely Hilton in Marco Island. From the moment we pulled up, I felt it would be a wonderful trip because we were greeted by Eddie, a super outgoing and warm bellman. He escorted us to the upgraded suite which was very impressive with a Huge Balcony and sitting room and several large screen TVs... But who has time to watch tv with such beauty to see right outside the window. The beach is very peaceful and wide open with plenty of room to relax. The sunsets are Spectacular. This Hilton surpasses all expectations and every day we saw Eddie he always waved and said hello and his friendly demeanor made it that much more special!
We are checking out after 2 night because they have absolutely no enforcement of COVID practices that they tell us will be followed. Bar staff pissed at us for asking them to mask up. People walking through lobby without presence of any security or enforcement. Will speak with GM Mr. Garcia in morning before checking out. I welcome his response.
I RESERVED adjoining rooms because my mother has slight dementia. When I checked in I was told that they don't have any adjoining rooms..... What does RESERVING mean? I need to keep an eye on my mom 24/7 but no one here cares. The staff is unfriendly and never speaks to you unless you speak to them
