The resort was amazing from the decor of the lobby and rooms to the beautiful beach front. The food was very good and everyone who worked for the resort was nice and friendly. We sat in the lobby late afternoon and heard an incredible musician named Arturo Romay. He is a fantastic guitarist. We will definitely stay hear again.

Chemal and Claudy were such great hosts on the beach. Girls day out and they made it so special. Great food, great drinks, new friends and so much fun. They pay such special attention to all of your needs during your stay. We did a day pass, but plan on spending the weekend next year.

A magical evening of dining at Polpo. The staff were gracious, professional, and accommodating. The food was delicious, and it was served in a timely manner. This is truly a 5 star restaurant with an exceptional personnel. We shall return soon.

We just found out that we paid $1799 per night and a friend staying there on business got a group rate of $229 per night!!!! I understand getting a discount for a group but really??? Ask for their best rate. The pool side service was horrific whereas the spa was amazing. I won’t be back . Not worth $1799 per night. Go to Breakers!

Every restaurant on the property, including the pool bar, was fully booked for the duration of our stay. We ate off premises multiple times and relied on room service - the latter was a miserable experience. In one case, our food arrived after two hours and required the intervention of the manager. Housekeeping tried to come at 6 PM every day while we were getting dressed for the evening and never returned so our room was never serviced during our stay. The coup de grace was having my wallet stolen from the pool. The staff were surly and completely I accommodating. I could not recommend this property less. Stay at the Breakers - it is 10 times as well run.

This hotel caters to a narrow clientele. I am not particularly political. However, all common TVs were set to an aggressive, hyper political station. I can usually tune that out. However, I had to hear an angry, inhumane rant mocking a people for defending their sovereignty. It turned my stomach. I am not interested in private political views. Yet, in public spaces where I am a paying customer, I don't expect to have extreme views forced on me. And the context and subject matter was particularly offensive and cruel. This may not be your kind of place. It definitely isn't mine.

We needed to escape the Northeast dreary weather. Decided to fly to PBI for a weekend of much needed vitamin D. We were greeted at check in with a glass of champagne. Our room was on the ground floor and I loved it, especially with the porch with the chaise lounges. Loved the decor of the hotel. I honestly can’t say one bad thing about our stay. Every employee was friendly and accommodating & the food was delicious. Wish we could have stayed longer than two nights. We had a perfect sunny weekend at this gorgeous resort.

I am a repeat visitor to the Eau. This most recent visit demonstrated that Eau like everyone else is struggling to fully staff their property as capacity returns. My favorite part of Eau is the pool. They do poolside better than anyone—service is excellent, menu is consistent, drinks are great. I also love their breakfast. The service is friendly and attentive, but slow, slower than it should be. Perhaps the kitchen is understaffed? The Spa is struggling. I am sad to say I had a less than stellar experience at the spa. For the price point, it is underwhelming. It is too crowded. No one seems to know what is going on. They did not provide what they promised. The wait time to check in and out process is truly annoying. Overall, I still really enjoyed my time at Eau. The decor is lovely. The rooms are clean, well attended by housekeeping, and well-appointed. I always enjoy the balcony. The lobby and outdoor spaces are delightful. And the staff with one or two exceptions is wonderful. Thank you for a good time.
