We checked in early Saturday and got an upgrade to the master suite in room 618. Beautifully appointed, nice living room, leads out to the large sun terrace where you can lay out in privacy and achieve that full body tan. Or you can just look out into the ocean for hours and view the beach or the pool area. The master bedroom was large and comfy with a firm king size bed. The two full sized bathrooms, was a short walk from the bedroom, with a full sized tub and a roomy two person shower with a seat. The shower is like a full service car wash with a over sized rain shower on top and two water nets coming from the wall. A large dining room with four seats Well planned matching colors and modern decor adorn the room. The pool area had plenty of seats and two pools to choose from. One is the regular pool and the other one is the adults only pool. Free towels and warm lounge seat covers and a bucket of bottled water is free on ice at the pool area. Overall, a very nice and beautiful hotel and lobby with an exceptional room. We loved it. Check in was smooth and painless. The grounds and hallways were beautiful!!! The bell men and the valet guys were awesome!!! We at dinner at Angle and celebrated the night away. Nice touch when they did present me with a plate of fine chocolate and dessert and a bottle of champagne!!! We will be back!!! Happy Birthday to me!!!🎂🎂🎂🥂🥂🥂…
This resort is the finest place I've ever stayed in terms of luxury, beauty and friendly, sincere service. The hotel is decorated beautifully, a combination of classic and contemporary that you rarely see done well. Our room overlooked the ocean-great view. Food in the restaurants was excellent; the bartenders at the poolside restaurant were great. My wife said her spa experience was the best. Finally, the people who work here are genuinely nice and make you feel welcome-totally unpretentious.
Absolutely fantastic! Would highly recommend a visit. My sister and I enjoyed a truly magical weekend here, so many good points to mention however some highlights were.. - Dinner at the Angle which was exceptional, smoked glass of ‘gin’ old fashioned… - hydro facial in the spa - my skin never felt so good! - relaxing at the adult pool - we stayed in a ground floor garden room which was superbly appointed and central location One very key difference here is that EVERYBODY was happy in their desire to ensure great service is enjoyed, therefore guests feel a very good vibe which clearly shows the team are highly treasured by their leaders. Thank you for a delightful weekend..
Though this hotel is mostly gorgeous, and food at the pool for lunch was great, there is NO BEACH here. We didn’t even have beach access yesterday and today and the pools are dated and overcrowded. I suppose due to erosion or tides they have completely lost their beach. If you want to play beach frisbee or layout by the ocean, stick to the four seasons.
I had such an incredible experience with Mandy for my facial! She helped me to pick a more customized option for my skin concerns and I was so very pleased with the results!! Highly recommend her expertise and the Spa is so beautiful! As well as Ms Debbie ( I believe is her name with the short hair) who is so very kind while she assists in the ladies lounge. Thank you all for such a beautiful moment at your resort!
We enjoyed a wonderful 5 day break at this beautiful resort. Although it was a holiday weekend and busy the overall feeling was one of calmness and control. All the staff were helpful and courteous and the resort facilities excellent. A lovely adult only pool area enhanced the experience. Our only complaint relates to the Angle Restaurant where an overly officious and unhelpful hostess spoiled the experience of a lovely restaurant. We made our booking for a set time some 2 months before and arrived on time. Yet the hostess looked into the room which was only half full and asked us to wait 15 minutes until a table would be ready. We immediately objected and said we had a booking and expected to be able to go to the table - this is our European way of doing things - particularly in a fine dining restaurant in a 5 star hotel. She was not very interested but luckily a senior waiter noticing this exchange intervened and said not to worry, a table would be ready in 3-4 minutes and poured us some champagne and soon after took us to the table. The hostess ignored us after that. The subsequent experience was lovely but we started the evening feeling very irritated. An example of the way a beautiful quality hotel can be let down by a poorly qualified or poorly trained member of staff.…
Arrival: valet parking was fast, easy, friendly & efficient even though I arrived at busy lunch time. They charged my EV overnight. Room: they texted me when my room was ready, ahead of check-in time. It was on the first floor with a nice shaded patio that had lounge chairs and table. Very spacious, quiet, great blackout curtains with large bathroom and the best shower pressure I’ve ever found in a hotel. Housekeeping did their job- room was clean and had everything I needed. [don’t forget to tip the hardest working folks in the hotel ] Slept like a baby. There’s a coffee maker in the room, but I’m really a sucker for lobby coffee- which they don’t provide. Grab and go coffee and a breakfast sandwich with 20% tip was $20, but both were good. Property: The beach has eroded and there’s not much at high tide, but they have a beautiful terrace and pool overlooking the Atlantic. I had my coffee & breakfast sandwich looking out at a stunning sunrise from the ample seating on terrace. Food: I was there for a conference so had breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the property. All were terrific: outstanding service and food. Great backstory how the family bought out the Ritz and it runs like a family-owned business. Staff are all very invested in providing a great guest experience- friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Checkout: fast and efficient. Accurate bill. I left at peak time [again lunch] but they had plenty of valet staff and brought my fully charged car out in no time.…
We wished we had more than just one night here. Especially as it was cold and we didn’t get to use the outdoor facilities. We did sit wrapped in towels on the beach for an hour lol! Lovely lobby and fireplace which was needed! A wonderful guitarist was playing. Friendly staff Gorgeous rooms, fab bathroom. I marked down one star as no kettle in the room although tea is provided. We used the coffee machine so the tea tasted like coffee. The other reason is dinner at Polpo was very underwhelming to be honest we were disappointed and it’s very expensive. I would recommend this hotel, maybe not dinner at Polpo, although the pianist who Played whilst we ate was fab.
I was attending a business conference, and I was very impressed with this hotel, which is right on the Atlantic Ocean. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and although I was in conference sessions for most of my stay, I did get to sit out on the patio for a short while. I would hope to come back some time with my wife when we could fully enjoy this hotel, its beautiful location and attentive staff and all it has to offer.
All the way from Seattle, we made sure to bookend our cruise with with a special stop at the EAU Palm Beach Resort & Spa to listen to the amazing music by Arturo Romay. We enjoyed great Ceviche, Ahi Tartare and cocktails and at The Breeze Ocean kitchen. Great vibes on both visits. We will definitely be back soon!
