Enjoyed unit #1 & 7 had a large group divided between both units. The place was beautiful right on the beach. Very clean and accessible. Had everything we needed for a wonderful visit. Good location too Sarasota and lots of restaurants and shops.

Stayed in Condo 2 again this year. Our family has been vacationing on LBK for 5 years, this is our 3rd year at Sea Grape Inn. Beach decor and very comfortable. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything that we needed for the week was there, just bring a swimsuit and your toothbrush. Beautiful beach is a quick and easy walk with chairs, lounge chairs and umbrellas provided. Easy access to Longboat restaurants and St. Armands shopping. Wanda, the manager, is friendly and great to work with - she handles any questions promptly and efficiently. We are already looking forward to next years vacation!

Quaint. Clean. Best ocean sunset view. Wanda, the property manager is fantastic. It’s easy to pass it by on the road without gps because the sign is small and set back. (The sign could use some freshening up but it is very authentic Florida). Kitchen is just right. We were in condo 1 with the best direct view of the dunes and ocean (the condo above it would have same view.) Small clean pool. Very quiet - hardly saw anyone else on property. Highly recommend if you like quiet, laid back, authentic Florida atmosphere.

Enjoyed a very nice, relaxing stay at Sea Grape Inn condo #5 over Thanksgiving break! Complex is small with only 8 units, all with ocean views, very quiet and secluded, on Longboat Key. Location is great, convenient to St. Armand's Key for shops/restaurants and in close proximity to a grocery store (Publix) and several good restaurants. Had wonderful meals at Tripletail, Duval's, Speak's Clam Bar, and Lazy Lobster! Unit itself is nicely updated, with everything you need, and plenty of room for our family of 4. There is a small, nicely heated pool onsite which the kids enjoyed! The pool is immediately adjacent to the beach, which is always good, especially with kids in tow. There are complimentary loungers on the beach for guest use. The beach was not crowded at all as we almost always had the beach to ourselves during our trip! The water was cold but the shell hunting was fantastic! Our unit had some beach gear provided, included umbrellas and sand toys for the kids. The onsite manager, Wanda, was available to answer any questions prior to and during our visit and graciously provided us with an early check in. We highly recommend Sea Grape Inn and would definitely consider staying here again! P.S. Highly recommend a visit to the Mote Aquarium!…

The Sea Grape Inn is a lovely condo complex of just 8 units located on the beautiful and private beach of Longboat Key. The condos are well appointed and comfortable (we have stayed in #1, #4 & #8 multiple times since March 2020). The pool is warm and inviting & most of the time our family are the only ones there. It feels like your very own get away in paradise. Wanda is the property manager and she will assist with any questions or concerns you might have during your stay. We have made the Sea Grape Inn a part of our annual vacation time. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoy our time here!

Condo No. 2 : The apartment is lovely and homely with two good sized bedrooms. It has everything you need for the perfect stay. Sea Grape Inn was very quiet with a nice pool area and direct access to the beach where there are plenty of sun loungers for guest use. The on site laundry room works well and Wanda is always available for any questions or assistance. We couldn't have asked for a better location for our family holiday and cannot wait to come back later in the year!

Condo #5 perfect stay once again, our second trip to this condo and it couldn't have been better. The interiors are beautiful and lovely new furniture made the stay even better, all appliances and everything we needed. The view from the balcony is great and we saw so many dolphins this time. #5 Sea grape inn Longboat key Florida We’ve just returned from a great trip once again at condo 5, Seagrape Inn - we always enjoy our stay and have visited a few times now. The condo really is a home away from home and has everything we need - we can’t fault it. It’s beautifully decorated to a very high standard. Each visit there’s new furniture, beds, decor and is exceptionally clean. The on site manager Wanda was excellent and always available to assist us, there’s nothing more she could have done for us fantastic service and thank you! The location is excellent we enjoy walking to the local shops and restaurants and being directly on the stunning beach. The view is spectacular from this lanai - we are hoping to visit again this year - #5 highly recommended

We had a “girls’ getaway” in UNIT6 and it was PERFECT! Very tastefully updated, clean and cozy. Had EVERYTHING we needed in the kitchen if we felt like cooking and was close to restaurants if we didn’t. Beautiful, peaceful pool with a view of the beach, 1 minute away! Plenty of beach chairs on the pristine, private beach. We simply couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The owners really thought of everything!
