Our second time here. Quiet location and many returning people. So close to everything without being noisy. Owners are so great and do everything for you. Always in reach. Yesterday they served everyone polish feast for free. Last year we had Valentines party also no extra charge. This place is perfect for our little getaway each winter!

I try to visit Lauderdale by the Sea every year, this was my first time staying at the Breakaway Inn, but it won’t be my last. Great location, close to the restaurants and beach. Clean room, the full kitchen is definitely a plus, and a well kept property. Hosts are super friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We’ve been going to LBTS for 17 years. This is our first time at Breakaway Inn, 9 nights, we absolutely loved it. The room was immaculate, grounds very well landscaped, nice pool with crystal clear water. The owners, Margaret and Andrew, are so nice. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. They ran a Halloween party for their guests that was so much fun. We are going back for 3 1/2 weeks in February and are going back next October for 2 weeks. 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the center, with many restaurants, bars and shops. Supermarket is less than a 10 minute walk. So happy that we found it!

We had an absolute bless with this people. They are so caring and you can really feel that they are doing it with there heart. The room was clean, nice and spacious. The beach is just a three minute walk away. I guess there is no better place to stay in this area. If you ever have the chance to stay here definitely do so!

I love this place! It is very quiet and close to the beach. The rooms are clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything I need! The grounds are well cared for with beautiful flowers! Highly recommend!!

As always, we were very satisfied. We arrived directly for the opening of the border on November 8th and everyone received a warm welcome. A welcome party was organized with all guests. Margaret and Andrew donated delicious cocktails 🍸 and pizza 🍕 and a DJ who set the mood. We were all very happy and can't wait to be back in our second home again soon

This place is low key . Tranquil Place in the perfect location . Quiet , well maintained , walking distance to beach , clean. Perfect for everybody . Owners are very friendly and go above and beyond . Free Parking . Nice pool too.

My husband & I spent 3 nights here & could've stayed even longer! We definitely want to return! From the time we arrived until we departed it was perfect!! Margaret was so friendly and a source of information. It was obvious she truly cared about her guests & did whatever she needed to do to take care of them. The room was extremely clean & kitchen was well stocked. We were really impressed with all the seating around the grounds & the grounds were very well kept. At night they have beautiful lights in all the palm trees & along the railings, very pretty. They furnish beach chairs, umbrellas & towels which was a great amenity! Location was great, 5 min to the beach, many restaurants, very safe neighborhood, we took an early morning walk every morning, very enjoyable. Margaret told me she has many returning guests & I certainly understand why! What a find this is!!…

The Breakaway Inn was a wonderful refuge, particularly during these times. The management keeps their establishment SUPER clean and have been taking the worries of their traveling guests seriously during this worrying episode of American life. The room was spotless, convenient, and appointed with all of the necessities for a traveler looking to hide away while still getting some sun and sea. It is a perfectly maintained classic style Florida beach bungalow. It is conveniently located near scuba shops and beautiful shore diving for your underwater adventures. My wife and I felt very safe and comfortable and are so very thankful to have had the good fortune to find such a wonderful little place. We felt welcome and highly recommend the Breakaway Inn.

Our second time here, first time with our kids.. they loved it, since it’s more like a home vs a hotel. Owners and staff were welcoming and helpful.. Kids can’t wait to come back in 2020! They also had fun in the town center dancing eating a variety of foods and sweats..
