The manager Reynaldo is kind, friendly and polite. He makes us feel welcome and comfortable. We stayed in room 12 which has a large patio overlooking the ocean. Grocery store is two blocks away for the room kitchen which has a large refrigerator, microwave, two-burner cook top, kitchen cabinets with plates and drinking glasses. We will definitely return and request this special room. Sitting on the patio with wine, empanadas, cheese and olives. This is the way to live.

Super clean room in every way. Updated decor, nice, simple, clean style! Did I mention it was super clean? Quaint location, literally on LBTS beach! William put our chairs and umbrella out every day and took them in at night. Maggie does a spectacular job cleaning and preparing the rooms for guests. Our room was spotless when we got there! And Reynaldo the manager couldn't have been more friendly, attentive and accommodating. Diamond in the rough. Perfect 10!

I have stayed in several different places in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea. Tides is one of the best if not THE BEST for me. The rooms are large, they have plenty of storage and hooks and closet space which comes in handy when you travel. Management and staff are friendly and accommodating at all times. They have only 10 rooms and 2 suites which creates an intimate atmosphere. Beach chairs, beach towels, kayaks and paddleboards are all provided generously. Walk into the village or to the beach bar at the hotel 2 doors down. The tastefully chic rooms offer Nespresso Coffee And bathrobes. I love it!

Easy check in (you get a code for the door) Room is small ( got room number 5) with kitchen. Super clean, and I love the shower! What we really appreciate was no resort fee! And they offer you as complementary:chair, umbrella, paddle boards, kayak . Free parking . And you are right on the beach! Amazing. Quite place, clean, and they have Nespresso coffee maker!!Nice staff. Unfortunately the water was not beautiful as we expected ( lots of see weeds)But we got to see a amazing sunrise! Thanks for the short but amazing stay!

We spent a weekend at this hotel and we had a very pleasant time, the building is the closest a hotel can be to the beach, the pool was nice, warm and clean. The manager was very friendly and welcoming. We didn't hear any noise coming from outside or the other rooms. We also had the chance to explore the area and found a couple of interesting spots around. We were not sure at first if a small hotel could be the right choice for a weekend mini vacations, but this was a great choice. We didn't miss any of the luxuries of a bigger chain because we felt at home. We will definitely return.
