We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and the breakfast. Hotel is five minute walk to Old Town with choice of fast foods and small stores. The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. If the Disney Parks is your focus, the hotel would be a very good choice if you have a car. The shuttle bus runs on time, but only serves Hollywood Studios, as we did not have a car we found it a challenge to get from park to park, especially at night. The hotel met our expectations and we enjoyed our stay, only issue was shuttle not that convenient to access all the parks.

Hotel's Favorite
The hotel continues to WOW us. Because of my husband’s reward status we were upgraded to a king bed, two-bath suite. Everything about this was exceptional. ONLY issue was TV in bedroom did not work, but no big deal. The complimentary breakfast buffet was just what we needed before we headed to the “Mouse House.”

This is our favorite place to stay while visiting the area. Always clean with great service. The pool and the hot tub are both great for relaxing after a day of walking. Easy walk to fun spot and old Town. Breakfast is great.

Guest relations were awesome. Rooms were clean and very accommodating. Parking lot well lit for security. Over all experience was impressive and will most definitely return for future visits. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

We always stayed in this hotel when we come to Florida . The first years were very good but now after Covid it seams like very thing is gone a bit down hill. Breakfast and shuttles mainly. We could not use the shuttle because of the battery of my mobility scooter so we had to take Uber or Lyft an extra cost for us. The transport company blamed the hotel and off course the hotel blamed the transport company

This hotel is super clean.. staff very nice/waffles/ ans most importantly it was very quiet/ window faced old town and still quiet. Definitely will be staying here when i come thru this part of florida again/ only thing i didnt like was the prepackaged danishes for breakfast.. not enough filling.. but this minoe because i filled up on freshly made waffles

Great location, off main highway, 15 minutes from Disney Parks. Went with my wife, adult son and his girlfriend. Staff was friendly, the breakfast was awesome and the women that there were amazing. Pool-82, Hot Tub-102. Only down side, pool bar closed on Sunday and Monday. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, bathroom clean, plenty of towels, refrigerator was cool. Room had an odor, possibly from humidity, kept A/C on.

This is one of the best choice properties we have stayed it. We originally picked it because it was close to the Disney parks but we ended up loving the property! It was so clean and the staff was super friendly!

We came down to spend a few nights before our cruise. We also took the opportunity to visit Kennedy Space Center too. This hotel is amazing. The suite was so nice. I guess I'm not used to fancy things because I was in awe at how amazing the hotel was. The complimentary breakfast was unbelievable and very delicious. Based on my experience, I give this hotel 5 stars.
