Our visit to this resort was excellent. The staff were very friendly and efficient from Ifie at the front desk to the Grounds keepers I met. The resort is very clean from the spacious units to the pool areas. I only noticed some stains on carpets in an older unit otherwise everything was well maintained. The units are well built...

We stayed in a 2br/2ba unit on the 3rd floor. It had a lot of room. The master bath was amazing! The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking/cleaning necessities. The balcony was a nice place for morning coffee with lots of trees and landscaping to offer privacy. The location is great access to Disney parks and a nice little...

We loved Polynesian isles and hope to be back sometime. We were there during Christmas week which is a very busy time. The theme parks were packed and we were so glad to come home to our quiet and peaceful condo at the end of day. The four of us had plenty of room to spread out and while we...

This is our second time staying at this resort. Units are very clean and well stocked with necessities. Quiet, has daily events to participate in or not. Pools and hot tubs well maintained as well as entire property. Only negative thing we notice is that there is not always a manager on duty and staff has no authority to authorize...

Just spent a lovely Christmas here, we stayed in a one bedroom apartment which has ample of space and storage, plus a fully fitted kitchen and a washing machine and dryer, which was very handy for cutting down post holiday washing! We were not approached regarding timeshare throughout our stay and as we were there for 13 nights we even had...

My kids and I stayed here the week between Christmas and New Year. We had an awesome time. It was close enough to all the parks where we could still Uber if we didn't feel like driving. The grounds were well maintained; the pool was fantastic; and the units were clean and well-stocked. My favorite room was the master bath!...

The resort is wonderful. The experience from check-in to check-out was first class. The 2 bedroom apartment was superb. It was extremely spacious and very clean. It looked as if it had been refurbished recently as the kitchen appliances were brand new (did not really use them as we ate out). The apartment was on the first floor and there...

This was our first ever stay at the Polynesian Isles and it won't be our last! The staff was so friendly and welcomed us from the moment we walked in the door. The staff even gave us tips about things to do and see in disney world and sea world. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed! Thanks...

I booked this very close to my trip but still managed to find a great price for my husband and I .. we had called a day prior to arrival to ask about getting an earlier check in, due...
