There was problem after problem. We're given room 303, get there to find hair on towels and bed, a strong smell of clorox which was used to cover the pee smell on the first bed, yes, it smelled just like pee and it seems that it was recent, so unsanitary, they deserve a law suit, no one should sleep on this unsanitary conditions. We asked to be moved to a different room, room 325, a non smoking room that literally smelled like someone just blew all the smoke all over the room, ended up with a headache since the smell was so strong and my belongings all smelled the next day. All the metal was rusty; lamps, towel racks, etc. If this is the type of rooms they are offering, they should either close this place down, or rent the rooms at $10 per night. The pictures shown online are not even close to what you're really going to get.

Was trying to stay here for school. This place is so horrible. First when I walk in I find a clerk very clearly on drugs! He was leaning and looked dead, slurring his words(clearly xanax or something). He asked for my ID 3 times and just stared at the computer doing nothing! Come to find out after another clerk tries to help, he used my info to book in a different customer!! They gave away my room and booked her under my name! Next they tell me there’s going to be an additional 250$ dollars in fees for my 2 week stay, because I had to restart the process, when I already payed $600 dollars online! Now I’m dealing with this other clerk is is very rude, after dealing with this already I am clearly upset but this is all their fault! This lady has an attitude and won’t help me figure this out with the booking company. She won’t give me any numbers to contact or even speak to a manager! (Trying to cover their own butts I think!) I slip and accidentally curse and she starts yelling at me to leave or she’ll call the cops! When all I wanted was to try and figure this out with the company , she kept telling me to call them and go deal with it but it’s just as much their fault! She did not make anything easy. I canceled my reservation and left. This place is terrible. Save yourself!!

I stayed here 2 nights solely based on the price. 2 nights cost me about 75 dollars through Priceline. That being said, the price is the only positive thing About this place. From the outside, the place looks nice. Looks we kept. That's where it ends. Once you get up close, you see what it's really like. The clientele don't look the best to start with. Entered our room, and you can tell the tile and laminate floor hasn't had a good cleaning in a long while. Scuffs all over the door, it looks like it was kicked in once, safe propped up on some stand that looks like it's fairly easy to rip off. I certainly wouldn't put valuables in it. Bathroom was gross, shower basin reminded me of an old gym locker room shower stall, rusted off pieces of something in the shower as well, only got 1 towel for the room. phone didn't work, we didn't have a remote for the TV, was given a remote that barely worked with the TV. Mattresses are lumpy. This is definitely a no frills place. If you can deal with a less than clean old run down motel for a cheap price, this place is for you.
