Great little cottage and close to so many attractions. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Though close to Old Town, the campground was very quiet at night. Parking was a little odd, but we figured it out. Can’t wait to go back!
When we arrived at the resort we noticed many things.... #1 security staff did not direct us to our camp site for our 45 foot RV and offered absolutely no assistance... 2# their trees are not cut back on the path to our camp site 3# and probably most important THE ROADS ARE FAR TOO NARROW!! Do not try to stay here unless your RV is 35 ft or less, there are signs literally up to the roads with very limited to no space to turn. If pulling a trailer or vehicle you will have to unhitch it because there is absolutely no way to fit it in there, we had to unhook our jeep so we didn’t run over the guy on the corner’s property. Dumpster was ALWAYS overflowing and spilling onto the asphalt. On our way out of there a staff member saw we were leaving and decided to park halfway out in the street right in front of us with a broom handle sticking out of their golf cart that almost hit the side of the RV while passing by that made the already tight space even tighter. Only pro, no gators and quiet at night.…
We traveled with family. Rv resort was not interested in putting us together. The resort was not full. Sites around us were empty the entire stay. The site was very unlevel both front to back and side to side. Mostly gravel and dirt. Our car and RV were a mess. Concrete pad lots are very small. Long term guests make it look rundown. For the cost you can find something better.
In walking distance from old town theme park. Also golf carts available for rent from facility apx $69 per day. Pets of all breads are welcome as long as the owner has control and every walk is a pet friendly walk with poop bags at every turn.
We really enjoyed ourselves. Such a nice, clean, friendly resort which was close to alot of activities. The laundry area was nice to use. Everyone around our RV was friendly and the staff was extremely helpful. What was great was the check in process. We were able to go straight to our designated spot after arriving in the evening.
