I recently had an awful experience at this hotel, marked by terrible customer service, stained towels, and unclean toilets. We booked for 7 nights via Expedia and 1st day noticed basic lack of hygiene, smoke smell, stained towels and unclean bathroom. Despite repeated requests for room service, the hotel remained unresponsive, forcing me to contact Expedia to cancel the rest of my stay. Expedia asked me to wait 24 hours for the hotel to confirm the cancellation. The front desk manager promised a refund for the rest of the days upon checkout that morning. We checked out and moved to another Hilton. Expedia persistently checked with the hotel regarding the refund and promptly communicated with me, which I appreciate. Seralago refused the refund, citing hotel policy, even though we had an email thread Expedia sent and I replied to it upon conversation with the manager. After repeated calls, tweets and chats with Expedia, they could not obtain the refund. However, Expedia did compensate me with courtesy points for future use (covers some of it), it would have been desirable for Expedia to enforce a refund having spent thousands on a Disney trip, hotel, car and flights. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The terrible service, unhygienic conditions, and dishonest management are not worth the risk.

Upon arrival at 10:00 pm hotel was not able to check me in, there was a line of 30+ people, reception was not taking guests, after 40 min of waiting the line was not moving, my requests to cancel booking were brutally rejected. I had 2 little children who could not wait for hours at midnight. I booked different hotel

The best part of my stay at Seralago was the amazing experience at the Tiki Bar with Rizzo !! He is wonderful. Aside from the delicious beautifully made drinks was his humble and kind nature. I come back to stay time and time again to chat with him by the bar. The hotel is decent. The five stars is for Rizzo. His service and demeanor is fantastic !!!!

It took us almost an hour to check in because there was only one agent working the counter and customer after customer there were issues (no fault of the agent). We were in this hotel room for an hour and left for another hotel. Looking at the photos in the review you would think it’s a decent hotel. It’s not. I’m not sure if we got the most run down room of the place but man oh man it was rough. Walking in the room it had an ammonia mixed with humidity smell. The bathroom was nasty and we found crumbs in our bed. There’s no way they changed the sheets. I didn’t even want to sit on the bed let alone sleep in it. There was mold in the shower head and the tiles/floor were moldy and dirty. Oh and there was no smoke alarm. We didn’t feel safe either. I didn’t get other pictures since we packed up and left but got a couple. 0/10 recommend.

Overall: would NOT recommend. stayed for entire reservation, but wouldn't return. The internet went out during check-in, so we waited in the lobby for 2 hours and eventually they checked us in even though the internet was still down. They just wrote down my card info on a piece of paper. We had reserved 2 rooms. One room checked in earlier than another. The first room was the normal 2 bed room. The carpet was musty. The room smelled of weed. The bathroom fan was nonexistent. Our second room checked in a few hours later. The hotel had given out all the regular rooms and the internet was still out, so our friends got a free upgrade to a family suite (2 full beds, murphy bed, pull out couch, small twin day bed). It was much nicer, although the door required a solid body slam or pull to enter and exit the room due to an old door lock. Sort of a fire hazard... The family suite had "hardwood" floors, smelled much nicer, had shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers on the wall. One bottle dispenser did fall off the wall while someone was showering, so that unfortunate. We ended up all staying in the family suite since the first of the 2 rooms just sketched us out too much. On the fat chance we stay again, I'd only want to stay in the family suite. Good: - fluffy pillows - the family suite (didn't look like the pictures online though) - large pool and a hot tub - close to Disney - strong AC Bad: - housekeeping only upon request, supposedly due to COVID - rough thread-bare linens - no elevator? - old yet functional furniture - I wouldn't consider it a resort. It's more like multiple motel buildings on one property.

If you are looking for a place to stay for family, theme park, whatever the reason is, DONT. This place was unsanitary, dirty, dangerous, smelly, filthy, roaches, tears in the curtains, looks like somebody got killed in the room we reserved. AC liquids on the floor every room you went by, everything about this hotel was straight up disgusting. As I’m typing this review we are heading towards home just to avoid staying at this hotel. Make sure you read the reviews and look at ALL the pictures before reserving a room.

Beware 🤢 My family and I booked based on the photo's posted on groupon these pictures are extremely false. When we arrived we were so grossed out at the condition of the rooms we had to look at 3 before deciding to get a refund and leave. They advertise as a family resort yet we felt like we were in Jamaica with all the weed being smoked. We are not picky people as we knew for a lower cost hotel in Kissimmee it wasn't going to be great but being in North America we did expect basic cleanliness. All 3 rooms were just nasty. Every bed was stained and 1 looked like a women bleed all over. The showers are falling a part and rusted. Everything is sticky broken or chipped. The air conditioning leaks everywhere. All the rooms smell like mold. The couches are just like the beds stained and gross. They will charge you like 250 for amenities at Check in 😂 We can't comment on there pool or restaurant as we left after looking at 3 rooms. After seeing the condition of the rooms we would never eat there or even try. I don't think they have cleaners at all as the basic cleaning isn't even done. If you do stay make sure you have alarm for your car as I would not trust leaving overnight and your own bleach to sterilize so you don't get a STD. Our family was laughing about how bad this place was for our whole vacation seriously it reminds me of something you would see on cops or CSI. 😂

Our second - and probably our last - visit. Six years ago it was interesting to stay in a sketchy budget motel, but we now prefer neat & tidy motel grounds, quiet neighbours, and a clean carpet in the room. However, you can't beat the price! for one overnight stay before the plane departs for home.
