Let's start with the structure. The building is old and maintenance is something that absolutely does not exist in this hotel. All is pretty cheap and and bad conserved. I obviously was not expecting a JW Marriot, but was expecting good maintenance, cleaning and decent service.

The rooms are renovated but the rest of the hotel is very dated. The beds are comfortable, definitely the best part! We had an issue where the hotel cancelled our reservation. We were able to rebook but there was a price discrepancy (ie they charged more). The front desk

Thank you for the comments about our comfortable beds and rooms. I feel compelled to let you know that the common areas were also fully renovated in 2015, and surely you would have noticed this in our lobby and amenities. To address cancellations in general, there are a couple of reasons why this may happen. Unfortunately when there are issues with certain guest's payment types, or prepayment requirements are not met, the hotel may be forced to cancel your reservation after contact attempts are exhausted. It may then be the perception of the guests that this is somehow the fault of the hotel. Often times the guests may not even be aware that they provided a booking agent an invalid credit card to hold the reservation, and are surprised to find out that by the time they've reacted the hotel's inventory and rates have changed. We are always empathetic with these guests and do our very best to accommodate them. It sounds as though in your case you felt differently about the response you received, and for that we apologize. I will be speaking with the employees you identified for further details regarding your particular cancellation circumstances. We hope that will all of these things considered you'll choose to reinstate your reservation with us, and contact me directly for any issues you may have.

Stayed here for one night, the hotel is tired looking and a bit run down, breakfast is included and was also average. It seemed a bit pricey for the standard of the hotel. Right next to a very busy road.

Do you have airport shuttle service?
Thank you for your inquiry. We offer scheduled shuttle transportation to the area theme parks, but unfortunately we do not offer transportation to the airport. We can certainly help you arrange transportation through our local partners however. Please contact us to make these arrangements. Thank you.

Our check-in is 3PM. We offer early check-ins based on availability and room type as early as 11AM for a nominal fee.

About 20min to Disneyworld but the shuttles are good.
