The best thing I can say is that it was clean. The beds were like sleeping on boards. The continental breakfast was terrible. Hard muffins and rubbery boiled eggs. The juice had stuff floating in it. Many of the front desk staff do not speak English well. You definitely get what you pay for

The hotel staff was friendly, I arrived 6 hours before check in and within an hour, they said my room was ready. Buildings looked run down, they were painting a few of the rooms. My room had decent sheets and towels, but the floor was absolutely filthy. I had to wash my feet before bed and I never went barefoot from that point on. There was white crumbly particles allnover the floor and I asked them specifically to sweep and mop the floor, which never got done. The pool was decent, water was clean and warm. Breakfast was plentiful and there was a decent variety. Outside of that, I’ll never recommend it to my clients traveling to Disney World.

Currently under renovations. However, as a former Housekeeping Manager for a Quality Inn this place did not live up to my expectations. I 100% understand the need to renovate and the pressure it puts on the hotel and the staff. This place had some bug issues (not bed bugs) there was a cockroach in our room which was most likely a wander from the rooms being renovated. Bees and wasps are plenty so be mindful. People staying a few doors down were doing some sketchy things (possibly selling drugs) called the front desk but did not seem they cared much. Room did have an odor to it (ozone machine would have worked great if placed in for a day). You also have to go to the Indian restaurant at the side for breakfast no my ideal thing to do. I did like the fact this place has wood floors in the rooms. Easier on guests and definitely on the housekeeping staff. While renovations are going they block off a section of the parking lot. However people doing it are tossing stuff over the second floor rail so it still travels. Had a box land right next to my car. All in all it’s an ok place at the moment. Once renovations are completed I believe it will be better and will try it again.

I don't understand the reviews here. Yes it is an inexpensive hotel compared to others in the area and yes the area surrounding the hotel is not the nicest, but the room itself was fine. We stayed two nights here and the bed was comfortable and that is all I asked for after a long day driving and after walking all day the parks. If we were here for a week perhaps I would want something a bit more upscale, but for a day or two it was sufficient. I did not see anything moldy and dirty in the room as reported by others on here. I did not try the breakfast only because IHOP was down the street. The staff was pleasant and accommodating so I have no complaints.
