Welcome to Cypress Cove, Florida’s most beautiful clothes free resort. Since 1964, Cypress Cove has been the preferred location for nudist vacationers from around the world. Our nearly 300-acre facility includes a 50-acre lake, 130 acres of protected wetlands, 20 acres of recreation and even a residential community. Accommodations include 84 villa hotel rooms and apartments, and a modern campground/RV park.Cypress Cove features a large pool area with 2 heated swimming pools, 2 Jacuzzi hot tubs, a children's playground, clubhouse, game room, Silver Lining Massage, Figleaf Boutique, Nature Hair & Nail Salon and Body Works Gym. Dining and beverage options include the Lakeside Restaurant, Scuttlebutts Bar, and Cheeks Poolside Bar & Grill. We offer pedal boats, a canoe, and a kayak, all free to use on our beautiful private lake. Sports options include our sand volleyball court, 6 tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, and a 9 hole chip-n-putt golf course. There really is something for everyone. Our clientele is primarily made up of couples and families. Single males must qualify to visit (call ahead). All members of AANR or other nudist clubs or organizations are welcome.First time visitors to Cypress Cove discover that people come in all shapes and sizes and that, as far as our bodies are concerned, all of us have nothing to hide. Once you've socialized in the nude, you realize what an enormous impact what we wear has on who we are. Clothing can lock us into expected roles and behaviors, contributing to the tensions of daily life. You may use the lakefront to adjust at your own pace, letting the weather and comfort be your guide. Once you feel ready, take a dip in one of our heated swimming pools which are for our nude guests only. Our culture and values at Cypress Cove are based on very simple principles; we promote family oriented nudism, which should be wholesome and non-sexual. If you choose to visit Cypress Cove, you are accepting these core principles and agreeing to abide by them.We have great fun at our dances, but suggestive attire and/or dancing are not welcome. We appreciate a tender moment between two adults in love, but public displays of affection should be discreet and innocent. Adventures in the bedroom should always be kept private. Discussions of swinging and recruiting are definitely not welcome here. Our goal is to maintain a safe, non-threatening, non-sexual environment where our guests can truly relax and feel comfortable. If you agree, we hope to see you by the pool!

We attended a 5 day Sunray group reunion at Cypress with about 35 alumni in attendance.
Checked in to Villa 1 room 1107. Very nice updated well-maintained room. Giving this room a 4.2 hinge rating.
Lunch around the pool and dinner inside at Cheeks. Wow, they serve massive portions.
Walk around the resort was nice as all the big single and double wide homes are well maintained. The camper area was full as most of the Snow birds are now down here. The lake is full of lots of wildlife, but the swimming beach area is a little green right now.
It was everyone out at 8:20 for the Space X rocket launch of a supply ship from Cape Canaveral to the International Space Station. Tom was totally surprised as he thought the launch location was too far away to get a good look, but it was TOTALLY wrong, as the flame from that “stick” was quite obvious on this “night” launch. The first stage of separation was quite dramatic.
The eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the Eleventh Month formally known as ARMEST DAY for the end of WW I is now celebrated as Veterans Day. Cypress is concentrating their recognition of Veterans Day on Saturday (11/11) and today Veterans Day, the entire camp gathered under the flag. There must have been 300 individuals in attendance for a very moving salute to Veterans.
Dinner tonight is in the Lakeside restaurant. The restaurant had been closed for a year or so during Covid but is now up and open on weekends and holidays. The food was great, and the entertainment had everyone up dancing.

We have been 3 times now with our RV. It's beautiful, the restaurant has excellent service and they remember my name every time. The pools are great, night time events are provided (dances, live bands, or movies). Really great sites. Very sociable people for the most part. Kids were monitored by their parents which is nice. Some people do have a habit of "reserving" their beach chair at 7 AM and not showing up for hours. That's not really the resorts fault tho.

I ran the Labor Day 5K and it included day fees, they were also having a Wellness Festival put on by SimplyNaked.Life. This was my first "Nude" 5k and also first time at Cypress Cove. Everyone there, whether it was Staff, residents or visiting guests like me were so friendly and pleasent to be around. At no time did I feel uncomfortable. Had a few draft beers and a smash burgers at Cheeks and they were excellent, prices were very resonable and typical of a standard restaurant and NOT your Typical "Resort" prices!!! I will return the next chance I get...

I just spent three days here (solo) and enjoyed every minute of it. Great place to relax, swim, soak in the hot tubs (early morning or late night), walk, etc. They often have live entertainment by the pools, plenty of seating, showers everywhere. Very clean, safe and healthy environment. Once you enter the main gate and check in, there’s really no need to leave. The restaurant by the pool (“Cheeks”) is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Prices are amazingly reasonable; don’t leave the resort to try to save a few bucks at outside restaurants. I stayed in one of their “villa” rooms (just like a hotel room, I don’t really know the difference). It was immaculately clean, well-maintained and as nice as any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Definitely a bargain, in my opinion. Best of all, pack lightly to visit because you won’t need any clothes here- whether you’re young, middle age or elderly, slender or “plus” size, nobody cares. Just relax and be comfortable. Little wonder why so many people I met there were regular visitors (for years) or year round residents. It’s mostly couples, I was among a few singles but was comfortable the entire time. Lastly, the staff is very friendly and helpful. This was my second visit and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended+++

Cypress Cove is a beautiful property. My King Suite was large, luxurious and complete with a kitchen, dining and living room area. The huge bedroom had superb natural light. The bathroom with shower and tub were sparkling clean, and the very professional and friendly staff kept my Villa 1119 immaculate before and during my stay. The swimming pools and hot tubs were perfectly clean and the temperature was just right for enjoying conversation with other friendly guests from around the U.S. and Canada. My dinner and breakfast at Cheeks were both delicious and very modestly priced. The Sunday night outdoor poolside movie was a real treat. I did not have time to use the sports facilities or spa services but they looked to be wonderful, and I will try them on a future visit. This was my first time ever at a clothing optional resort and it was such a lovely experience that I registered for annual membership. I live on Long Island, NY and hope to come back to Cypress Cove in the coming year to enjoy the sun, fresh air, and relaxation with other kindred spirits whom I have not met yet.

This was our first visit to this resort. We really enjoyed our time here. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We had the King villa room. It was okay and met our needs, but i think for our next visit we will go with a suite. The suites have outdoor area with chairs and offer a full kitchen. While the room we had was good, there are a few things that need to be addressed. The coffee maker lid didn't close properly so we had to put a water bottle on top of it so it would function. The bathroom shower fixtures could use an upgrade. They were a bit outdated and the shower knob was moldy and gross. The shower curtain rod still had the label on it. Some of the areas behind the doors could use some fresh pain. Overall the rooms are nice but they are starting to show some wear and tear. The towels were soft and plush. We enjoyed the pools, and hot tubs. The Cheeks pool bar/restaurant was really good. It is the only place that is open right now for food and drinks and can get a bit crowded at times. The paddleboats around the lakes was very peaceful but just be aware that this is Florida and there are alligators in the lakes. we saw a baby alligator and someone who was also out on the paddleboat saw a large alligator. We enjoyed walking around the resort. We look forward to returning to this resort.

Please bear with me on this review in case I get too philosophical. I had a morning to kill in Florida close to the Cypress Cove Nudist Resort. Like my last trip, I opted to skip the coffee shop latte and instead visit my third nudist resort.
The entrance gate to CC is across from a typical suburban strip mall. You turn into what looks like your average residential community. The guard at the gate was very personable and took care of the administrative details very efficiently. Once inside Dee gave me a quick friendly, no pressure, tour and turned me loose.
What did I find? Well, you can read other reviewer's comments about the gorgeous facilities, enormous lake and tranquil, immaculately landscaped community. I can only add that those descriptions are absolutely accurate.
I hiked around the grounds for about an hour to get a feel for the place. In the residential section you do feel like you are in a typical very well-maintained suburban community.
Next, I went by the very active pickleball courts and was immediately welcomed and invited to play. I wound up playing pickleball for almost 2 hours with a whole group of uncommonly friendly people.
To me the atmosphere of a resort is determined partly by the facilities, but more so by the demeanor of the staff and guests/residents. And I felt welcome at every step along this visit (the guard, to the tour, to the residential streets, to the pickleball courts).
Now here is where I may get too philosophical for some. As mentioned previously, this was the 3rd nudist resort I have visited. And I am now left wondering if the reason people at these resorts are so friendly is because:
1. nudist resorts attract friendly people or 2. people become a lot friendlier when they bare their skin
To sum it up, my impression of Cypress Cove is - a great facility with a wonderful clientele. If I am in the area again, I will definitely plan to visit here again.
After my visit there I did actually think of the lyrics to an old song: I see skies of blue, and cloud of white ...... Yes, I think to myself What a wonderful word!

What a wonderful review! We're so glad you had a great experience. We are lucky to have such fantastic staff. Honestly, I think both of your ideas are true. Nudist resorts do tend to attract open minded, sociable people. Without a doubt. But people also do become friendlier when they shed their clothes. With those clothes also go many of the stresses of modern life. Who wouldn't be in a good mood surrounded by like-minded, friendly people with few hang-ups who invite you to play Pickleball, even though you're a total stranger? We've got a good thing here and we know it. Luckily, that attracts even more fun, friendly people like yourself. Once again, glad you had a great time. We hope you make it back soon!

First time at a nudist resort and were very apprehensive, but the staff and guest soon put us at ease. We stayed two nights at their hotel, had a very nice, large and clean room. We ate at the Lake Side Restaurant and Cheeks Bar and Grill. We really enjoyed Cheeks' big juicy hamburgers, breakfast was wonderful and reasonably priced. My wife still talks about how good the breakfast was. We are sold, this was our first visit but will not be our last.

We were down in Early February and the air temp was 80F = Very comfortable.
The accommodations (condos) were in excellent shape (well maintained). The Grounds / pools / all facilities were in excellent shape.
Big place with an easy 1.5 mile walking road around the area where all the permeant homes are located. Lots more walking around were the trailers are parked. Paddle boats (free) available to take out onto the lake!
Down side is the Lakeside restaurant is now closed with no know reopening date.
Food and service at Cheeks was very good but you can only eat bar food for so long.
Easy walking out the front gate to other eatery's and stores nearby, so you do nogt need a car to pick up on snack foods for the room.

My wife and I visited Cypress Cove April 9th and Checked out the morning of the 12th to fly home and we had a wonderful time. The staff were great, from Rose at Cheeks to our tour guide Tom who was really helpful. with Covid protocols in place everything wasn't as open as it could be but this was no fault of the resort. Tom was there to greet us and introduce us around when we first arrived. and he was very helpful. we did not spend much time at the pool because there really just wasn't anywhere to sit towels were used as place holders even if the towel owner was down on the doc (yes this happened) but in our case that was ok, my wife and I enjoyed the more relaxed and peaceful area down by the lake there was always a spot available there and we met some wonderful people there. we Ate at Cheeks twice during our stay although the service was a little slow the food was great. Tom noticed our wait on Friday and went and helped us out but again due to Covid the resort was a little under staffed in fact there was a housekeeping wanted sign at the entrance Covid seems to mess with everything. As for the pools and Hot Tubs, we really did not get a chance to use the Hot tubs it was to hot during the day and in the morning when it was cool and in the evening when it was cooler, there always seemed to be the same group of older guys camped out in them and my wife was a little uncomfortable so we just used the pools then we would walk back down to the lake. Overall we are planning a return trip when the covid restrictions lift to see the resort in full operation. we would have most definitely been by the pool in the evenings if the live music was going. now for the grounds... the grounds were great my wife and I did our evening walk through the neighbor hood just to get a feel for life on a nudist resort and the places were great and well maintained the resort grounds were also well maintained and groomed , the white sand at the lake made for very nice ambiance so instead of heading to Playlinda we stayed there a paddle boat ride around the perimeter of the lake was more than enough to help burn a few calories . Thre was a decent mix age wise here although it tended to be on the older side there were quite a few couples and guests in our age range which was nice my wife and I are NOT into the swinging life style so Cypress was a perfect fit for us. to conclude the people were great the staff were helpful and the freedom was amazing.... this is a place to relax and slow down and get away from the hustle of everyday life. we look forward to staying at the resort again. Thanks Mike and Patty!

Thank you for the lovely review. We're so glad you had a chance to check out the resort. This time of year is always very busy, so it puts a lot of pressure on chairs and other facilities. It sounds like you might prefer the resort when it's a little slower. Weekdays and off season are great for that, though summer weekends still tend to be busy. I'm glad to read that the staff took good care of you, and that you enjoyed the resort and its amenities. We look forward to seeing you again when our activities and dances return!
