Very comfort, big room , excellent beds, stay a complete family in the same room, two tvs, kitchen very nice, good assistant by the personal, few pools around, every clean, and excellent location. Very close from de Disney and Universal parks. All do you need for stay comfortable.

The apartment that we stayed was amazing! It was renewed and it’s really functional! The hotel is a 15-minute from almost all parks (Disney, Sea World, Universal). And the reception is awesome! Lucas has attended us very well even in our last minutes there.

The good is its a great location for families. This trip I was not as happy with due to being located on the front street. Not the hotels fault that ignorant people blare the music at 1 am from their cars. The guy at the front desk told me early check in was at 3. I knew that was wrong due to the many times I paid the $35 for it. (Who would pay that to check in an hour early) I texted instead and got the correct answer., 1 pm. I would advise untucking the pillows or they are like logs. Overall still a great place and I will probably still return and ask not to be in the front of the hotel.

When we checked in, we were advised. We had a free upgrade due to our room that we booked was not available. Which was perfectly beautifully fine. Because it would have been the same room, but even bigger, everything was clean. Everything was comfortable, it was a pleasure to stay here, location is perfect. Staff was excellent and I have never stayed at a place where you received text messages. Making sure that your stay was comfortable and if you needed anything to please let them know. I thought that was exceptional and very nice. Thank you for letting us stay and making our trip enjoyable.

The suite is just beautiful. It has a regular size living room with a Murphy bed, a full kitchen and in the bedroom was two full size beds ,closet, shelves ,another sink just to wash your hands. You also got a balcony if you're on the upstairs ,bottom has a patio. The sheets are clean crisp ,the blanket soft and cuddly. The floor was tile cleaned not sticky. Smelt fresh. I also have my dog with us and he enjoyed all the different rooms checking it out. Bathroom is just a normal bathroom, did have enough towels for me and my family and was clean. They offer 24-hour customer service and there are cameras for the parking lots. Felt very safe and Old Town is just a walk away. The staff all very friendly and kind! Everyday they're cleaning the sidewalks and the yard, it was just amazing to see how beautiful they take care of the place! Would 100% recommend this place!
