What a terrific place to stay. Campgrounds are perfect. There are several sites that are concrete with a nice fire pit and some with tables and chairs. Sites have good shade. Actually a quite hideaway in the middle of a super busy city. Perfect location for a Uber ride to Downtown Disney. The only thing I was not impressed with was the shower rooms. They are small dark and stay wet. There is no dry areas in the room the way they are designed. Also the restrooms need a serious upgrade. The pool area is super nice and very well unkept. Definitely worth the upgrade to a pull thru patio site.

Very loud after hours despite posted quest times, and my bicycle was stolen from our campsite. They cut our lock and stole my 3k Orbea bicycle right off the rack mounted to our RV while we were at the parks.

What a wonderful campground, small but has lots of perks. The bathroom was spotless, and the pool and hot tube were very clean and maintained. The jumping pillow and playground were small but adequate. Our spot was flat which is extremely important to us. What I loved the most was that it's off the beaten path but close to shopping and restaurants. Keep up the GREAT work!!!

This campground was great. Not too big not too small. Clean as a could be. We had a medical emergency during our stay. I was hospitalized and needed to extend our stay. The staff pulled out all the stops and was able to accommodate us. Great staff. Thanks so so much. We will be back next November.

Spent 2 nights in deluxe cabin #302 Pros: central air, fairly spacious kitchen/living room. Nice front porch and grill/fireplace area Small queen bed Bunk beds. Kurig and coffee set up Clean Linens and towels. 2 TVs - not certain about channels or reception as did not use. Close proximity to Disney parks. Cons: Takes some time to get hot water going. Some small bugs within cabin especially the bathroom area. My biggest issue was the bed frame on the queen bed. It was broken. We checked in late and immediately went to Disney, arriving back to the cabin after midnight, we discovered that the bed frame was broken which made sleeping very difficult the first night - the next morning had a maintenance guy look at it and he said “ this happens in this cabin periodically” when I went to the office to “officially” check in, I reported this as well and was told “ yes, we know there has been other complaints about that bed before” if they know there is a problem, why not replace the bed-frame? Thus the 3 star review.

Stayed 4 nights in a Deluxe cabin. Cabin was great had one queen size bed and then it had a little room off the main room with a set of bunk beds (we did not use them). Had full bath, with full size tub/ shower. Water was hot and plenty of it. Big bed was in the main room and we had a table and four chairs. Had mini fridge , microwave and little bar size sink. Think we had 24 inch flat screen with 20 or so channels cable. AC unit was a little noisy and cycled a lot but kept whole cabin cool. Had keyless front door (use number code to lock and unlock. Parked right in front. Pool was older but well maintained . Had laundry room and little work out room. Downside is that they do not have any activities going on like other KOA's. the office is only open 9 am to 5 pm . they do keep the garbage picked up and the grounds neat. When we stayed it was over 100 each day with the humidity so other than the pool we did not use the bouncy pillow or playground equipment. so if you are looking for a nice, clean place to stay i would recommend it.

We went on a group of 9 from Canada , stayed at airbnb. Great trip , we went to cocoa Beach a few times only a 1.15h trip, very quiet beach not packed . Did not go to the parks way too hot , we did go to Disney springs at night to hang out, Great music and shops. One advise I will give everyone is to book your return covid test before you leave Canada, it was a pay to have it done and very expensive $140 us for each. Book at the CVS pharmacy online its free but it needs to be booked 1 week in advance.

WiFi was terrible. We went into the office to ask about the WiFi because we weren't getting a signal at our campsite most of the time. The gal at the counter proceeded to tell us about two or three RV parks where she and her husband have gone where the WiFi was worse than here. Excuse me, but how does that help?? They have at least half a dozen different KOA signals, but they range from terrible to non-existent. We just need one that works! Also, the park is a half block off of Hwy 192, which is a major boulevard. On Friday and Saturday nights the blaring car stereos can be heard from the 192. The first time it woke me up, it was so loud that I thought it was someone driving through the RV park!

Me and my family gather together to do a birthday celebration for me here at this beautiful cabin. We enjoyed the night but we decided to shorten our visit and stay because the Wi-Fi was very low and no where to walk and exercise daily. There is a exercise room on site, but not to our expectation. We felt this vacation park is for people that are going out to Disney, Seaworld or to other attractions in the area. They have a place for children to play on playground and a doggie park to add to the park for your little babies.

Nice location very close to the parks with good near-by restaurants. Clean and spacious sites. Staff was super friendly. Good small store. I did not use the pool so I can’t really comment about it. Quiet campground. I will definitely come back.
