It was nice to stay in a 2 bathroom suite, have a little more room for your things. We stayed in the cars themed. It was cutely decorated. There's a Murphy bed that substitutes as your dining table which was pretty unsanitary if you thought...More
I stayed at the Art of Animation for about 10 days with 4 adults and 2 children and was at the Nemo suite. The hotel structure is very good, and staff is very friendly. I was there when the hurricane Irma hit Orlando and the...More
I just returned from a trip to Disney with my daughter, her husband, and their 2 children. We arrived 4 days prior to the arrival of Hurricane Irma. We had been told by many people that this was a very safe place to be. It...More
The resort itself is not very large, but can feel it if you are staying in The Little Mermaid rooms, which are the farthest from the bus stop and food court. TLM rooms are small, pretty dark, and do not feel very clean. Ours had...More
What can I say about this stay...I went for one night to take advantage of a promotion being offered and just needed to stay at the least expensive option on property and this was it. I paid $180 for a Little Mermaid room. It was...More

Other than renting a car, you can take a taxi or an Uber. I have used both to get around Orlando and they seem to be plentiful and reasonable. A word about Universal and Seaworld, however. These are not quick in and out experiences. They can have long entry lines and once you get inside, the activities are extensive, requiring at least a full day to come close to getting your money's worth. Regarding Universal, it requires at least 2 days to see most of Universal and Universal Islands of Adventure which is the best park for thrill rides and coasters in the area as far as I'm concerned.
