Even 1 star is too good for them. I went there this past week for a 3-day trip. When I checked out about two hours later I remembered I left a small Disney pressed coin booklet in the side table. Witch I had been collecting from both Disneyland and Disney World parks since I was 12 years old. When I called I was given the run around by staff for more than 7 hours trying to call them and get my item back. when I called the hotel the next day I spoke to a manager that said no one found it when I remember putting it in the side table the night before because I put a coin in it from the day at the park. How can an item that was not in my luggage and that I remembered leaving in the room not be there when they go to clean it? that to me doesn't make sense. and to be told by this manager that I lost it and to get over it when I said that the maid must have taken it is not right in the least. Please don't stay here there MAIDS STEAL AND THEY DONT CARE IN THE LEAST. and on top of that, they forgot to charge us for the room fees and took it out of the deposit I mean WTF this place is the WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED AT.

In deed. During one week I've changed three rooms for different reasons. The First one was with inner door for extend for two room suite. Gap under door was enough big (approx 1/3") for listening all of speeches of neighbours. The were not loud but I not have habit to split TV sound from additional strangers information or just to be informed how are the doing. Next room had surprised me with waterfall at arround 2:30AM. The most important that waterfall was exactly over my head on the bed and I woke up very happy and move the whole bed for 2" with hope get sleep again shortly. Next morning new manager who has name Americo (guy from Venezuela) was pretty good to resolve this problem fast, and did help as he can, in the best way. The third room was the best, in comparison with previous two. And I had think, all troubles left in past. But! In the middle of the next night someone tried to invase in our room, use the force and very nice knowledges how all locks work about and where is switch of lights. Only quick reaction of my wife, who woke up first and moving fast to push the door and close it again to stopped this. We heard some voices outside for short time and that's it. Safety Door Lock was a last bastion, and I remember, that in previous rooms these locks were broken by brutal force, and no attempt from hotel stuff to fix them for a long time. At morning I looked at the door more close and found, that place against lock has a many marks, that appears when lock try to open via door slot and I used my old credit card easily opened the lock, pushing the lock bar. At morning I informed about this incident stuff on lobby, but they tell me its typical event, when somebody makes mistake with # of room. But I never heard before, that some one, done mistakenly opened the door with an electronic lock by use not matched card. Or used this card, as I did in my experiment. So hotel, have only some cameras arround to help police to see how many were violators, but not even they gender, not speaking about faces. Sorry, have no desire to describe all others things.

DO NOT STAY HERE! THIS PLACE WAS A NIGHTMARE! THE MANGER POINT BLANK LIED TO PRICELINE! I checked in on Feb. 12th 2020. When I checked in my reservation was under my fiance's name. I was told by the front desk rep it wouldnt be a problem. I checked in at 10:30. We sweat our butt off that night. The AC wasnt working well if at all. 2/13/2020 We went to the Magic Kingdom. I turned the AC down before we left thinking maybe the thermostat was off. We got back around 7 and ate our dinner. At 8:15 I called the front desk to let them know the AC wasnt working. They said maintenance would be right up. 8:45 still not maintenance. Call the front desk back and I'm told she will be there after another room. At this point our 3 children our passed out. At 9:15 maintance shows up with no tools, Freon, NOTHING. She is yelling to another guest in the hall with our children asleep. She looks at the AC and says she will be back. She leaves the door open starting "I'm going to leave this open because you need fresh air". It was literally cooler outside (80) then it was in our room. My 1yr old was in JUST a diaper and his cheeks were red. 9:30 the phone rings. Front desk says they can call someone in the am or we can move. We obviously opted to move to avoid heat stroke. They told us to come get keys. We asked to have keys brought to us because we have 3 kids sleeping and now have to pack and entire room and move them. The maintance worker came and let us in to the new room (326). The AC worked in this new room but literally sounded like a jack hammer. But we were cool. We went to bed. 2/14/2020 we had an early morning as we had an appointment in downtown orlando (40mins away). After our appointment and running around we return to the hotel. I stopped at the front desk to get keys to the new room. At this point i was told that my fiance would have to get the keys (he didnt come). I explained that the lady at check in said it wouldnt be a problem. The manger then told me I'd have to call priceline. I told him i was NOT calling Priceline he was going to give me a key to the room that has all my stuff in it! He asked if i was the one who signed everything at registration I stated I was. He asked to see my ID. at this point even with my ID in hand the girl was saying the info didnt match! Manger came over and looked and cleared it up. Once back in the room I saw how deplorable this room was. Idk how they can legally put people in this room. 2/15/2020 I contact priceline about how horrendous this room was. Priceline called the hotel and Roland (manger) told them we didnt complain once! He lied! Its physically impossible to switch from room 330 to room 326 without complaining! Deserves NO STARS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY OR SAFETY STAYING HERE. There were multiple people smoking blunts in the halls and in the elevator.

I recommend staying in your car!!! The front desk staff was not helpful. Housekeeping was not to be found during our 2 day stay. When we checked into our room, there were dirty towels hanging in the bathroom. Our key cards did not work. It took 3 trips to the front desk before we finally were given functioning room keys. We took a 2 hour and 15 minute flight into Orlando and it took longer to get a shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel and checked into our room. Never again. Worse part about it all is that I am a Choice Hotels rewards member!

Front desk girl got all huffy when I questioned the total amount she wanted me to pay. She kept telling me it was because of 13%taxes. Well you do the math, $34 room plus tax doesn’t come out to 50-some bucks. I told her I needed an itemized list of everything on the bill, she muttered under her breath, heaved a sigh, and started showing me on a calculator...when she got to the $8/day resort fee she said it real fast hoping I wouldn’t notice. Resort fee covers things like WiFi and continental breakfast. Tip: those things are basics that any motel should have, charging a resort fee for basic amenities is a scam. Oh did I mention the forms they want you to sign, where you have to agree to let them know about any problems with the room within 10 minutes or they aren’t responsible to take care of any issues?? Run, do not walk, from this place!! Dirty dank lobby with bad smell and lying staff. I left and went elsewhere.
