I had the best experience and the best stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Kissimmee. To start the front desk personnel and assistance Mr Lucas was very helpful with everything I asked. Mr Lucas is very committed to the hotel and committed to accommodate everyone making sure you have a wonderful and safe and enjoyable experience at the Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast was great I love it very much. Everyone was very friendly accommodating very clean. They have the best amenities in this hotel. I definitely enjoyed my stay. Can't wait to come back to the Holiday Inn express in Kissimmee. I definitely would recommend the Holiday Inn express to everyone who is interested in staying in a great place. Very close to Walt Disney World. Till next God willing 🙏🏻.

Nice, newer, Clean hotel. Pet friendly. The staff was friendly. I love the Dove bath products that they have in the room. The breakfast was standard but good. We went down too late one morning and the staff still went and got my son a muffin. I thought that was super nice because they'd already shut everything down. And how do you tell a cute little 3 year old no.

Ana and Lucas were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family. The rooms were nice and clean and the amenities were great. I would again emphasize the amazing service that Ana and Lucas provided for us. Giving us recommendations and being overall helpful . Their welcoming and friendly nature made our stay more than worth it. Will definitely stay here next time I travel to Orlando

Overall the hotel was great. Being military the Leisure Travel office helped book this stay. Was promised that I would have joint rooms. When I arrived the lady who checked us in was not friendly at all. She informed me that hotel does not have joint rooms and therefore I couldn’t have them. We proceeded to Disney and came back later in the evening for the actual check in because the rooms were not ready. When I arrived back there was a phenomenal desk associate (Lucas) who went above and beyond to get me joking rooms after I was lied too by the lady that morning. He wasn’t able to unfortunately because we were the first so many days and the way she set us up and gave away other rooms he could only get it for a night or two. I was never going to stay there and as an Officer in the military I am going to inform the MWR Leisure travel office know how I was treated. But if they continue to use the Holiday Inn there I would recommend they only speak and deal with Lucas. Otherwise Soldiers would be better off going to another hotel.…

We enjoy a very positive relationship with the MWR offices and our reputation with guests is stellar. I was the manager on duty on your check in and I had advised that we didn't have them available, not that we didn't have or offer them at all. I did not lie in any way--my guests are vey important to me and lying only serves to inflame situations. As we were in a sold out situation, availability for connecting rooms had not been available for a few days. I do apologize of you were informed differently. I hope that this clarification helps and we appreciate your time.

Me and my husband always stay at Holiday Inn properties. We came down to FL to visit friends, and they recommended this hotel. Well, let me tell you, if you’re staying in the Orlando-Kissimmee area, do not look anymore! The rates are reasonable (IHG members get lower prices —the young man at the Front Desk signed us up, as we had never heard of this program, and it’s free!). Breakfast is not “express”, it’s a free FULL BUFFET! The grounds are well maintained, the entire staff is extremely friendly. However, we need to highlight the MAIN REASON why we’ll always remember this stay: the sweet, hardworking lady named Iviss, who delivered our towels, TP, etc, every night (except for the day a kid was working that shift and took 2 hours to bring us towels; no smile or motivation to work). We must confess we requested no service just because Iviss works nights, and all we wanted was to see HER. She smiled every time she saw us. We would call the front desk for any item we needed, and Iviss was at our door within 5 minutes or less. And she was always busy. We never saw someone take so much pride and passion for their job. She was even learning new words in English every day just to interact with us. That’s the sweetest thing I’ve seen in years. Thank you Iviss for making our stay WONDERFUL. We can’t wait to see you and the rest of the amazing staff soon again. As a business owner, I can tell when an employee is a one-of-a-kind GEM, one hard to find. Thank you Iviss for everything!…

As a Disney AP, I go at least once a month. I always stay at this hotel due to its location, amenities, nice staff, good rooms, comfy beds, and wonderful hot breakfast. Great spot for solo travelers, families, and anything in between.

The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. Hotel has Great activities for the whole family and Clean rooms. Hotel is in close proximity to Walmart, restaurants, and Disney parks. I will definitely visit again.

Absolutely great Location from Disney (15-20) from any park depending on traffic. Great resort/hotel, kids(7,9&16 years old) really enjoyed the pools. Bar staff is amazing, the food served at the outside at bar is wonderful. The breakfast provided by the hotel is a great way to start your day!
