The hotel is a nice property situated in Kissimmee, Florida but the lack of housekeeping coupled with a very low crib provided by the hotel staff with king size bed sheets and rats roaming in the balcony made the experience a disappointing one. We had to constantly call the front desk to get someone to clean our room on a daily basis. This was after arriving in the room with a baby at 6-7pm. The staff provided a poorly designed baby crib that was extremely low with a thin flimsy mattress. The room was modern as the hotel opened in 2019, but as we sat in the balcony in the morning and late afternoons we observed several rats roaming around. The safe did not work and we were unable to use it during out stay. Overall, the staff was friendly, but the hotel is overrated and overpriced. We were also disappointed that for a "resort" hotel, the waterpark-H2O was not included in the stay.…
This was a 25th birthday trip for my daughter. Resort was Beautiful! Jackie at the front desk met us with a smile!! We enjoyed the pool view and especially how CLEAN everything was. The room service ladies were very nice. I want to also say that although we did not have a car at the resort, the young men at the valet attendance were always making sure we were ok when we had to use a lift or Uber. I cant wait to come back
We had a beautiful brunch here. Maria, our host, was prompt and lovely. She brought us to a nice little table by the window. Christian, our server, was so caring and attentive. He checked on us multiple times and gave us recommendations about the resort. Highly recommend the smoked Gouda eggs Benedict! 👌🏼
I was disappointed too many times during our stay. Staying in the cottage did not give the full benefits I expected. The website gives no indication of the constant upcharges. Firstly, not getting housekeeping for the whole week and being charged if you want extra towels is terrible. The floors were filthy and ruined our socks/slippers. (See pictures) No closet in the downstairs master bedroom was inconvenient, could not hang our clothes. Our coffee pot leaked. The shuttle was a joke! We requested it once for our 78 yr old mother, she waited an hour in the heat. It's not an easy walk to the cottages. The first two mornings of our stay we were awaken by the loud landscape blowers at 7am - 9am. The waterpark is not included, but promoted on the website as part of the resort, I expected this amenity was part of the resort fee! No it would have been another $80 pp. The pool was nice, but the salty rim bar was closed at 5:45 on a Friday night when it was Latin dance night. (During peak summer hours.) Our unit did not have a hot-tub as shown in the photos when we reserved. I couldn't use our room key at the gift shop to make a purchase because we were in a cottage, another reminder that hotel & cottage guests have different privileges. The resort was pretty, Polynesian night was a highlight. Sunset Walk restaurants & shopping were convenient. Was it worth $500 a night. No! I have too many options for that price.…
We spent 3 nights on this gorgeous property and would definitely highly recommend staying for the service at Euphoria! We ate 3 breakfasts and 2 dinners at the restaurant…every single server and hostess was just amazing! Thank you to Kristy, Maria, Alana, and Angel for exceptional service!!
Checked in and out before we even got to our room. Valet staff very friendly. Front desk staff not so much. Poor menu options. Outside rooms looked like motel 6. Although I hate to insult Motel 6. Very disappointed.
Tash and Drew at the Salty Rim Bar & Grill we’re absolutely amazing! We loved hanging out by the pool with them. They provided great service and were very friendly. They are the best! My family and I highly recommend.
Angel Flores was a fantastic server at the pool! He was professional, polite, and caring! He made sure that us girls had a great time! Thank you Margarittaville for making this weekend so special!!!!!
Fantastic resort. Service from the doorboy, front desk, bar, cottages, recreational facilities. We were celebrating a wedding and it was the perfect location. At the bar ask for Sandra, Hilario or Jonny, the perfect bartenders. They went for the extra mile serving us all.
Meant to write this review sooner. I travelled with my son and his family to Margaritaville and stayed for 14 nights at the beginning of July. We had a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom cottage. It was excellent. They run a great shuttle service from the resort to the supermarket - quick and efficient and complimentary. We thought we had a couple of issues with maintenance but....turned out to be user error and the lovely Izzy quickly showed us what we were doing wrong and how to work the device. Sunset Walk is fabulous and a short walk from the property - loads of bars and restaurants and live bands too. The 4th July celebration was wonderful, so pleased we were there for that. Reception staff was helpful and Christina, the concierge was great. She booked our courtesy shuttles to the various parks but Maingate was a bit unreliable. Often late and once, we didn't get picked up at all. Another driver very kindly came to our rescue. The pool was great and the service and food excellent. Great music play list too! They have another fabulous pool opening in August called Mango Moon and we were lucky enough to experience their soft opening for 4th July. Fabulous buffet was offered for $25.00 per adult and half price for the kids. I'm a travel agent and I would not hesitate to recommend Margaritaville Resort to my clients. Fabulous place.…
