Only a few rooms but ours, room 2 was huge! bathroom is tiny but it does the job. Very clean and safe. I stayed here with my 2 10 year old boys, and the fishing was so great. You walk out the sliding glass door right onto the docks! Great for divers too. It is not fancy but very fitting...

We stayed here in mid March for several days. Rooms were clean, had everything we needed. The room we were in had a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, small stove with an oven and sink. There was an assortment of dishes, pans and silverware. The rooms have a rear sliding glass door that opens out onto a canal that connects...

Great budget friendly place to stay, close to everything and friendly helpful managers with a heart. Thanks to Kim and Steve, who refunded my first reservation when my father died last year. Not many places would be willing to do that. Five of the eight rooms have kitchenettes, which helps save money on eating out costs! Excellent place for anglers...

We needed a place to stay for one night before we could check in to the house we were renting the next day. It was one of the few places that I could find that would sleep 5 people. Two double beds and a cot. It was spacious enough, and it was really very clean! We weren't there very long,...

We decided to stay here because of all the 5 Star reviews - but don't be fooled. It's quaint, if you could call it that. There are only 8 rooms in this 1950's style hotel. The pillows on the beds feel like they are several years old. Time for a change! The rooms are just large enough for 2 beds...

We are sorry about the sea grass in the canal that we get every winter, we have no control over that or the smell it brings with it. There is no sewerage smell just the grass there are no septic tanks in Marathon. We sell 10 lb bagged ice that I offered you for free. We are proud of our...

Kim and Steve give friendly service in a small, traditional Florida Keys setting. Their Botel also works well as a biketel. Very clean rooms, appealing pool, affordable rates, great seafood and breakfast within walking distance. They even help with laundry. Our group of 5 senior touring bicyclists stayed twice, while pedaling to and from Key West. Great respite before and...

Didn't know what to expect when we pulled in, but where pleasantly surprised to find a large room with kitchenette. The room was exceptionally clean. The back opened onto a beautiful canal. The owners were very personable and made special arrangements for us since we were delayed getting through Miami traffic. Wish we would have been able to stay longer.

I cannot say enough, about how nice Steve and Kim were. I was looking for a getaway, to relax, to do nothing, yet feel safe and comfortable. There is nothing you will lack, including money! Very considerate staff, place is easy on your pocket. Best place to be if you're looking to just clear your head and halt in a...

You can't ask for anything better. The room was clean even for an older room. The service was excellent. The location was great, close to everything. The water was right outside the back door. The hotel is right on the highway near attractions, boat rentals, charters and restaurants.
