Hotel and grounds are beautiful, unfortunately service, when existent, is uninterested on the customer. Out check in experience was so uninspiring (our welcome host didnt feel like serving the complementary drink to us or the couple prior to us) that we decided to have dinner somewhere else and did not try the restaurants. We didn't see any pool service but... More

Just returned from visiting Cheeca and were a little disappointed. The service from the staff is not up to par for the level of this resort. We dined at the resort three times during our stay did not have good service during any of the meals. We ended up leaving the resort and dining at other establishments that were much... More

When we pulled onto the tree lined drive, we felt like we were transplanted into another place. The hotel registration was beautiful and personable. You were offered a glass of Champagne or Sangria as well as water. Our room was not at the main hotel, but rather one of the "condo" like. After setting into a large one bedroom (full... More

We just came back from a one week stay at Cheeca. Upon arrival the view of the property and ocean views from the resort grounds are breath taking…you will not be disappointed! I wanted to love this resort but it fell short in a few areas. Much like some of the other reviews on here…I echo the problems with dirty... More

We went to go parasailing and the weather started to roll in so we had to wait a lil longer for our safety.... We waited on the boat at the dock just talking and getting all the info that we could. He is a very knowledgable guy with a amazing love for what he does...Captain Brian was amazing, we had... More

Came recommended and apart from slow checkin as rooms not ready till 4pm ( which apparently is check in time and 11 am check out!). We were offered champagne but declined as non drinkers and nothing else on offer! A fruit juice would have gone down a treat on such a hot day. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything... Everything about this place was phenomenal. Staff were friendly and professional. Service was superb. They were welcoming and although the resort fee is high there was lots of activities and services provided so value was excellent. Both pools are lovely and kayaking was a dream. Short walk to restaurants and bars. Definitely will be back!

Stayed in one of the lagoon rooms and it was beautiful and close to all the amenities of the resort. Great pools (adult and family), spa, par 3 golf (on site) and outdoor/offshore activities for all family members. Great restaurants on site and within a five minute drive. You can be very active or just relax.

Cheeca Lodge is just superb. Not the newest, not a Ritz Carlton, but a place of history which can hold its own against the best. And the best is that you can relax in its comforting embrace. It takes a few days, but all of a sudden your cares fade away. Well known for its access to offshore fishing and... More

My fiancé and I visited Cheeca Lodge for the day, as part of our wedding destination tour of the keys. As soon as we turned into the resorts entrance and drove under the palm tree canopy, we felt like we were being transported into some magical jungle destination. The staff greeted us on that very hot day with waters and... More
