Cheeca Lodge is my favorite place to stay in the Keys. They put together my wedding reception back in 2003 at the last minutes notice because my other venue cancelled. It was held in the Atlantic Edge Room and was spectacular with everything I could have dreamed of. Every detail was perfect. Since moving out of the Keys, we stay... More

I surprised my wife for our wedding anniversary with an overnight stay. Checkin was flawless and when I asked for a early Checkin they upgraded us to an oceanfront room with a soaking tub on the outdoor deck. The room is 5 starts with a tropical feel. The bathroom is huge with a shower that looks out onto the ocean.... More

Would definitely stay here again. Room overlooking the lagoon was spectacular and beautiful. Kitchen, living room, huge bathroom and king sized bed. Pool is large and clean. Didn't try the restaurants because we chose to eat off premises. The grounds are lush and pretty.

Totally enjoyed our stay. the one bedroom suite was fabulous right on the beach. Food was good but service not the greatest. Had to look for our server twice. The spa was incredible for a massage. Snorkel trip and fishing trip were alot of fun

We stayed here for 1 night (rest of stay was in miami), we booked ocean view room with tub or balcony. The room was lovely, very large, huge bathroom and lovely balcony. We also had a travel cot in the room for our 21 month old son. He loved the space in the room, running around. Staff were all lovely... More

My score is a 5 for the hotel and a 2 for the hotel restaurants. So the good first, the hotel is lovely and well maintained right on the Ocean side with a reasonable amount of beach for the keys. We thought we had reserved a one bedroom suite but only received a suite so be careful when booking online.... More

This is the second time I have stayed at Cheeca Lodge, and the place never disappoints. The landscaping and beachfront are to die for. I have never been to the spa, but I am sure it's ultra luxurious. The staff are kind and very professional. Leaving is always the most difficult part of the trip!

Our family was impressed with the beautiful hotel. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed. Taking a deep tub bath with the ocean view was luxurious. Playing pitch & putt and hanging by the pool were just a few activities. The staff is friendly but it is island time, so be prepared to wait. My husband just returned from... More

Maggie the bartender at the tiki bar & sushi restaurant literally saved my life!! I turned up to Islamorada with a potentially broken finger (trapped it in a mustang) and horrendous jet lag. Not only did Maggie provide ice for my finger and a cold beer, she kept coming back throughout the meal to check on me and make sure... More
