One of the best kept secrets and favorite escapes of Keys aficionados, La Siesta in Islamorada, is located on 6-acres of oceanfront accessible by the historic Overseas Highway at mile marker 80. Our hotel is less than 90 minutes from Miami, putting the resort in the heart of the lively Florida Keys, providing a tranquil escape among native flora and fauna for an uncommonly relaxing retreat. Retreat from the everyday and embrace the natural beauty of Florida at its best. The shimmering blue hues of the Atlantic Ocean will greet you upon arrival and the private sugar sand beach will call your name.

We had a fabulous 4 night visit at La Siesta! The room was very nice, large and updated. We loved the zero entry pool. We ate lunch one day, at the pool side tiki bar, and it was very good. We really appreciated the free use of paddle boards and kayaks. They have corn hole, an

Our room had been recently updated and was clean. The staff were not helpful or informative. We had no hot water and had to take showers with cold water. Considering the room rate, we had higher expectations.

Greetings, We look forward to having you and your cousin as our guest here at La Siesta. The Keys offer an array of things to do--Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, Fishing, Swimming with Dolphins, Dolphin cruises, feeding the tarpon, etc... There are many places to eat here by La Siesta. Ciao Hound (Italian/Seafood) and Reel Burger (Burgers, Seafood) are located near our sister hotels and offer excellent food. Some other recommendations are Bobs Buns, Lazy Days, Lorelei, and Islamorada Fish Company. Thank You.
