Welcome to The Caribbean Resort of Islamorada, Florida, home to some of the best fishing and diving in the Florida Keys. Nestled in the heart of the fishing capital of the world, The Caribbean Resort of Islamorada, Florida, has won the hearts of many. While the panoramic ocean views, inviting Caribbean-style homes, endless fishing pier and beach-entry pool keep guests coming back - it's the off-shore fishing and diving that makes it so hard to leave. The Marina is the heart of the resort; guests often meet other guests here and become life-long friends. Social hour is every hour as guests wait for boats to return with their catches and colorful fish stories. Located on a deep-water channel with protected dockage, our marina features a gentle-slope boat ramp for easy boat launching. Guests spend hours enjoying the marina activities under shaded Tiki huts, lounges and comfortable chairs.
The resort is absolutely stunning and the villas are impeccably decorated and clean! Some guests have boats and the dock area is nice with an incredible view. Unfortunately, the resort used to be more peaceful and laid back, but it seems that now a lot of large groups rent the units and take over the resort areas, especially the pool. It got to the point where we didn't even go to the pool because one group of teenagers had overtaken it. They were loud and extremely inconsiderate to the other guests. It was concerning to the many of the families there. I guess the atmosphere of the resort has changed, unfortunately.

What a hidden gem in Islamorada! Just returned from a two night stay in the Canary Island bungalow which was 1500SF of pure comfort. This bungalow was tastefully furnished and decorated. Loved the wrap around deck. A great location with walking distance to several popular dining establishments. If you are looking for a quiet tropical serene getaway…this is your place. Will absolutely return!

We found this gem last minute when our boat didn't make it to harbour on time. We rented the Royal Palm South 3 bedroom home on the water. The amenities were top of the line right down to a sub zero fridge. The outdoor patio was our favorite spot. The beds were extremely comfortable and we were happy to be able to do laundry. The resort pool and spa were amazing especially since we had them all to ourselves. We saw manatees on the dock and sharks out on the water while using the resort paddle boards and kayaks. We biked to restaurants and grocery which was awesome, however please note chains fell off 3 bikes and 1 guest was hurt. The hotel next door had a great restaurant. We will definitely be returning. Memories were made for sure!

Amazing, beautiful resort. Quiet and small community makes it nice. Beautiful pool, paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, pier are great amenities for free. Has a fish cleaning station and ice machine by ocean. Floral and fauna is beautiful everywhere. Close to everything.

Wow! We just returned from a 3 night stay in a Hemingway north unit and honestly I did not want to leave! Our particular unit was a 2 bedroom 2 full bath with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. The furnishings were so beautiful and everything was beach themed without being tacky and cheap looking. I was surprised at how immaculate everything was kept with practically no signs of wear anywhere. Did I mention it was extremely clean! We really enjoyed being at the resort and enjoyed the beautiful pool, borrowed some fishing poles at the front office and caught some good snapper right at the pier! They also offer bikes for guests to use around the property! We will definitely return in the near future and are so glad we stumbled across this beautiful hidden paradise! Thank you for s wonderful stay!…

Absolutely recommend staying here!! The staff was wonderful. The property was gorgeous and well kept. Our family loved every second there and the Islamorada area. First place we've stayed at where the guests and the local residents were all soooo friendly. The accommodations were everything and more we could have envisioned. We will definitely be back. Before deciding on the Caribbean Resort, we did a lot of checking on different places to stay from Key Largo to Marathon. THIS IS A MUST!! If you have a boat, that's even a bigger bonus as they have their own private dock. We did not, but there is so much to see and do anyway. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Stayed 4 nights during Spring Break, with wife, 3 boys. Accommodations are spacious. Nice furnishings, kitchens. Sadly, there isn't a beach. Hard to entertain 3 boys without a beach. We rode the bicycles, used kayaks. Nice place, but in my opinion, overpriced. I'd much rather stay elsewhere for $500+/night for a place with a beach, waterfront. Enjoyed our stay but probably won't be back.

We had an amazing stay at The Caribbean Resort. I highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys fishing and a luxury resort. We got to know the other families who were also staying there and the kids were safe and made fast friends. Very quiet and secluded.

I recently stayed with my family for my 70th birthday at the Royal Palm House South. Accommodations were just as described. We all love to cook and the kitchen was well equipped including a SubZero refrigerator and Viking stove. We made use of the grill on our deck which had a comfortable seating area as well as a large table for outside dining. Inside there was ample room for 2 sitting areas and a large dining table. Staff was courteous and helpful. There was a mix up with my original reservation and they did the right thing offering me three other possible weeks along with a 2 night comp. We had so much fun my family and I are planning to make this an annual event. It's just a beautiful spot.

Our family of five stayed at the Jamaica House. It was clean, modern and had everything one could ask for. The property is well maintained and you can see staff always attending to things. They had a lot of Rec. equipment on site, we borrowed fishing poles and had success off their dock. Centrally located on the key. Pool and hot tub are nice could use a few more lounges.
