Greetings Allison! We do have that suite type available for your requested dates. The nightly rate does include breakfast each morning, use of our bikes, kayaks, snorkel gear, paddle boards, yoga on Saturday and Sunday AM! The suite is one bedroom with a separate living room and private terrace with an outdoor shower. The nightly rate is $489 and can be booked directly via telephone or our website. Our special feature of the property is our private island that is connected by a footbridge offers stunning views of the Florida Bay and the Sunsets. That is where our pool is located and a ladder offers direct access to snorkel the fish that hang close. Cheers, Stephanie
