This hotel was amazing! Champagne offered upon arrival. My husband asked to be upgraded when checking in - the Marriott associate said " sir, you've got the best room on the property!" Third (top) floor, oceanview. This room was larger than most apartments I've lived in: sparking clean 2 bathrooms - full kitchen huge dining, living and bedroom - bedding super soft & comfy jacuzzi, 2 sink master bath, huge stand up shower (although it clogged for two days :( , it was finally fixed, hey it happens) the best was the deck - TWO stories. A spiral staircase took you to a "rooftop" type patio - gorgeous views and sunshine. Happy Hour 11-1 and 5-7, friendly bartenders Breakfast buffet was great Pool area had plenty of room and chairs available-clean! The only "negative" thing i have to say is - its NOT a beach. It's some sand and dark water with vegetation everywhere, you cannot go swimming (or shouldn't) No clear blue water as the property is in a harbor , but great views of the ocean from the deck or pool Would definitely return!

Amid the COVID travel changes, this suite was perfect for us. We dove and fished and were away from everyone. Two adults and a teenager, avid divers and fishermen. The restaurant - which was fantastic in person- went to take out only per requirements during our stay, there was no room service, housekeeping cut back dramatically, and the pool bar and hot tub were shut down, per recommendations. Despite all this, our accommodations were fantastic, the location was truly perfect, and we loved every minute of our stay. We will absolutely go back.

Nice and clean room, bed was very comfy. Dinner at tavern N town restaurant was delicious, we highly recommend this place. Staff always very kind and professional. They offer a very convenient shuttle to Duval St every hour. We had a great time in this hotel.

This hotel was huge and in lots of different blocks. We knew our room was going to be small and have no view and bearing in mind what was going on in the world at the time we should probably have asked for a different room. However saying that we knew we wouldn’t be spending much time in it and there was a bath in the bathroom so not all bad! There was a free shuttle bus which was an excellent service. The hotel had a pool but it wasn’t very big and there were not enough sun beds. Despite all of that the hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent.

Dear 8SuzySue14, Thank you for taking the time to provide valuable feedback. I sincerely apologize that our standard room did not meet your expectations. However, we do offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom presidential suites that offer additional space and amenities. I would also like to apologize for not having pool chairs available for you. It is great to hear that our team provided you with excellent service and I'm very glad you enjoyed our shuttle service. Thank you again for taking the time to provide your feedback. If your travels ever bring you back to Key West, we hope to see you again in the future! Best Regards, Krystal Piper

For at least a few hours of the day, we have been lucky enough to enjoy the beautiful scenery and natural beauty around us here in Key West, temporarily forgetting about how the world is being affected with COVID-19 and spreading. We come inside to catch up on the day and this is our tv experience...not getting updates to the news about our state(s), friends and family’s home and what is changing in our current area. The tv starts cutting in and out, cable issues I suspect. Moving on, we go to prep our attempt at surf and turf meals that we bought earlier at the store (what was available) today as all restaurants are take-out only now on the island...our fridge shows 63 degrees. A fridge should be at least 40 degrees or colder to keep food safe, so we call the maintenance man for the 3rd time during our stay (5 days). He recommends we switch rooms as no one is staying at the hotel and they “have a lot of open rooms right now”. Thank goodness for this beautiful sunset to put us at peace or I might have experienced my usually calm and patient man turn into a Tasmanian devil on this poor guy. We decide to talk to the front desk to learn options to keep our groceries cold and to share the laundry list of unusual issues and lack of regular maintenance problems that we have experienced at this hotel in 5 days. Absolutely unacceptable for the money we paid especially for the upgrades for a kitchenette that we cant fully use. How this night ends is the front desk (asst mgr) saying “we didn’t have to stay here”! Wow...customer service at its finest- I won’t share the women’s name and email that she gave us (right now)! Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had with room quality and front desk staff unwilling and uninterested in helping a customer. Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere! @marriott I uploaded pics of our other issues, dead safe battery they never followed up on from day 2, towel rack off the wall, screw fell out and on the floor from door handle, shower lights flickering...we won’t even talk about the workout room- other posts take care of this area but don’t plan on using it as it’s a waste of time...list goes on from what u see on my list. Beach is a nice view but you can’t swim. If the room was up to typical Marriott standards and care I would recommend this place! Too bad I can’t based on this experience!
