Full kitchen, living room and bedroom. A balcony and a deck (one in front and the other in the back) … all yours. Everything in tip top shape.
Take a look at the map to see you are extremely close to Duvall street. The parking is next to your place in the road to Duvall. The ability to hit the shops, bars and shopping and be home in three minutes is quite the convenience.

We were in town for Lobster Festival 2022 and pleasantly surprised Rose Lane Villas had Villa Grande available less than one month out. Three bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen and large dining room with large living room and huge comfy couch that opens up if needed. Villa Grande has a front porch that spans the entire second floor, a huge back deck and even a pool view balcony off one of the attic rooms. You can not beat their rate on a dollar per sq foot basis with exceptional location. We couldn't ask for more on our stay at RLV during busy lobster festival. We know Old Town Manor/Rose Lane very well and shall return! Highly advise anyone looking for space/location/value to look no further than Rose Lane Villas!!!!!

very nice, parking right in front of the villa. key pad entry and they give you the code prior to your arrival. it's a pricey place, but it's really nice, and you are two steps away from Duval and do not hear the noise on Duval at all. But we had people above us and they were constantly thumping around at all hours of the night. Sounded like a heard of elephants and like they were moving furniture. Really annoying but people can be rude that way and don't care about the people in the rooms around them. We stayed here because our usual B & B was booked. I would stay here again if that happened. Room was very clean and nicely updated. pump bottles in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Water was really hot and did not cool off much when you turned the control knob, it just made the pressure really weak, but that would be my only complaint, except for the jerks above us.

Rose Lane Villas location is super, it is literally 1 minute walk to Duvall Street and nestled between Fat Tuesday and Hard Rock. The pool area was nice as well and the villa is super cute BUT we were very disappointed in the furnishings. The dresser handles were falling off, the dresser had major dings and wear and tear, the headboard had screw heads showing which really made it look tacky and the bed is mediumly comfortable. The coffee table was shabby as well. There was literally 6 lamps in living room, not sure why but I felt like maybe they could have done a better job with the space. The stove had a big Dent in the top of it and the refrigerator is shoved in a corner that makes it hard to open the door...overall layout of kitchen could have been better but it did help that they had a nice table/shelf area for storage. They are pet friendly yet there is no green space for a pet as they are not welcomed in pool area, which was disappointing. Parking is so tight and they do not tell you until a few days before arrival that parking costs $20 a day. There were times when we could not open our car doors due to being so packed in there, luckily we could walk most everywhere. They were responsive when we needed something, which was appreciated. Overall I think they should replace some furnishings with higher end stuff and let you know the parking fees to help justify their price.

Overall we had a very nice stay here. We had an upstairs room with two decks and the deck over the pool was very lovely in the trees and I spent most of my time out there. This is a cute little hotel and I found the room to be decorated nicely and quite clean. Another bonus is that it is dog friendly and I only wish I could have brought my dog with me. This hotel is within quick walking distance to many of the features of Key West and only a few steps away from Duval Street. Perfect for those who want to do the pub and music crawl. However that is really part of the cons. Rose Lane itself is kind of dirty as that’s where all the dumpsters are and the garbage trucks come every day. Also it can be noisy however it really is not that noisy inside the room. The biggest con is that depending on the direction of the wind there is a rotting dairy smell at times which I guess comes from the ice cream shop on Duval. There’s nothing the hotel can really do about that. We were less than happy with the maid service as our first full day she didn’t come till 430 when we were trying to shower. Then on another day when we requested an early clean because we were going on a sunset cruise, she still was not very early and didn’t leave all the towels but did grab the $10 tip. The final con is that although the pool area is quite lovely it is small with only a few chairs and it seems to serve three sister hotels. We were unable to get a lounge chair, ever.

Had a wonderful time in Key West. Planned to stay only 2 nights at the manor house, decided i wanted to stay an extra night and since my room was already booked they put me into one fo the Villas suites for the same price. They also had upgraded my original booking to accommodate me keeping my expensive bike inside. again no extra cost. The complimentary brunch they offer is delicious and has a great variety of items. The location of both places is very good and still quiet. The staff is very professional. It is very tastefully decorated. Their rates are high but definitely the best you will find for the amenities and the location. you wont be disappointed.

The property was absolutely perfect for my family and I. The balcony in the back was amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful and my kids spent every afternoon in the pool. The location was perfect as it was close to Duval while at the same time being far enough away that we were never disturbed by any of the loud music. The backyard was wonderfully peaceful and a great place to relax away from everything.

We stayed at Rose Lane Villas for our anniversary and were pleased with our stay. We were in the Villa Porta which had plenty of room for us and our two small dogs who also approved of the accommodations. The villas are just around the corner from Duval, in the center of everything, a short walk to Mallory Square. We rented bicycles as well to get around so our car remained parked the entire time. There initially was an issue with no cold water in the kitchen so we spoke with Rachel at the property office. Rachel was charming and so helpful. The issue was resolved quickly and in addition she communicated with us about recommendations for breakfast, dinner and cruises. Very knowledgeable lady! All in all we loved our stay and would stay in this villa again.

This is our third time staying here. The people are friendly and the location is perfect. We were at Duval in seconds and sitting on our porch, we could chat with the people walking by. The pool was wonderful and I met some very nice people there.

Hi Mandy, While Rose Lane Villas does not have on-site laundry facilities, just a block and a half away there's a laundromat where you can do it yourself or drop it off and pick up when it's ready.
There are more places to choose from in the Key West area.
