We just returned from a 2 night stay at Casa 325. We had a wonderful time, and just loved the place. The first day there, we had the nice little pool all to ourselves. The second day, we met a nice couple from Iowa, and enjoyed talking and having drinks. According to their website, they were all booked up, so...

Casa 325 is made up of two facilities: the original house up front, and the newer building in the back. Both have guest rooms, and we stayed in both. We started in the front right corner of the house in the "Lilly" room. The proximity to Fat Tuesday's made it unfortunately loud on Friday and Saturday night. Coupled with the...

My wife and I go annually to run a race over MLK weekend. Our usual place was booked, so we took a chance on this place, with a Duval Street address. It was NOT loud. Because it was set back, we got almost NO street noise. While the exterior looked like it needed paint (probably from the overhanging trees), the...

Our stay was perfect! The two bedroom suite was well equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Located right in the heart of things on Duval St., it does not have all the things a larger hotel has but definitely worth it for the privacy. The staff covered every detail ahead of time including helping us for arrange for parking (only 6...

We originally booked the Lilly room, which is in the front corner of the main house close to Duval St. The noise level was high, since it was in close proximity to Duval and the people above us were loud - but the Casa 325 staff went the extra mile to find another room that was quieter. We ended up...

Room was clean and exactly as pictured. Shower was always hot, towels were ample. The fridge and microwave were good for leftovers or save a few bucks on an afternoon snack. We also brought champaign and OJ which was great for some pool side mimosas on a budget. The hotel was perfect for two people traveling with a dog. The...

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa 325, well hidden along the heart of Duval Street we enjoyed the pool and close proximity to nightlife. We did call ahead to reserve a parking space which was good because I really don't know where else we would have parked.

Clean, quiet and walking distance to everything. Rented a bike for one day for the beach, walked to bars, restaurants and Mallory Square. Perfect place to escape life for a few days. Rooms are equipped with small fridge, microwave, coffee maker (coffee included) and dishes. Breakfast is not included, didn't matter as we got what we wanted instead of hard...

the hotel was nice enough, the room was ok but the storage space in the room was minimal and NO storage space in the bathroom and the sink was just way to small. the shower was ok but the drain was pretty slow. but for all these very average attributes it WAS on Duval street BUT DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT...

I am a travel agent and I have recently returned from my amazing stay at this place. We were in room 10 which was in the building next to the pool, upstairs. It was very clean and nicely appointed. It had a coffee maker, microwave , mini fridge, dishes and cutlery, everything you need if you wanted to save some...
