Beautiful little Boutique Hotel in Key West. Just off Duvall Street (where it's all happening!) but tucked up a little Lane in a fab tropical garden. Our rooms' terrace bordered the Hemingway House which is amazing to visit. Plentiful water available, happy hours and lovely informal breakfast at the lovely pool area in the morning. You can be as private as you want or mingle with other guests (this place attracts lovely people). Hosts are great and will do as much for you as you want or leave you to your own devices (you decide). Already agreed that we would love to come back here as it's a perfect little paradise.

Situated behind Earnest Hemingway’s house, our studio was a gem of a find right off of Duval St.! Thanks to Air BnB, super host Jeanine was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived in the late morning from the Key West Express Ferry and she made sure that our room was ready for early check in at 12 p.m. Jeanine also allowed us to leave our bags at the inn after check out the next day, since our ferry wasn’t leaving until 6 p.m.
It was the little touches that made this a special weekend getaway! From the Tommy Bahama bath products and make up cleaning wipes provided, complimentary happy hour with Napa Valley wine and premium beer with beer nuts, the attention to detail was was a pleasant surprise.
I highly recommend Andrew’s Inn & Cottages for your Key West vacation!

We recently spent four nights at Andrew’s Inn and can highly recommend it. It is located down a short lane right off Duval Street. It’s tucked away under lots of shade trees and is a quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle of Duval, yet so close that you can walk to all of Duval from the Southernmost Point to Mallory Square and the Harbor. The hosts are very attentive and friendly and ready with restaurant recommendations and ideas of things to do. Each morning a delicious breakfast is provided with fresh fruit, breads, coffee cakes, cereals/oatmeal and one hot cooked option. The days we were there the hot offerings were omelets, Belgian waffles, and avocado toast. The patio is lovely with lots of seating in shady and sunny spots and the pool, though small, is perfect for a dip to cool off. Each afternoon the hosts provide beer and wine and it provided a great opportunity to chat with the other guests and hear how they had spent their day. The location was great for walking to many different restaurants and it was a 1.1 mile walk to beautiful Ft. Zachary Taylor State Park.

The Andrew’s Inn exceeded my expectations in every way. From the cleanliness of the rooms, to the made-to -order breakfasts, to the personalized service from the hosts, Michael and Albena, this Inn is exceptional. It’s ideally located off of Duval street, but it’s construction is such you feel like you are in your own private haven. Beautiful, lush greenery surrounds the pool area, truly making you feel like you’re in the tropics. The property is next to the Hemingway House, so if you ask for the Pamplona room you can sip coffee in the morning from your private balcony and look down on the grounds of Hemingway’s Key West estate. While I was traveling with a group of couples, solo travelers will also appreciate the amenities, location and excellent service from the staff. Highly recommended!

I visited Andrew’s inn in March right before the whole world felt in a pandemic and I feel so lucky to have spend my last days of freedom in this b&b that’s just a slice of heaven! Stuck in my small NYC apartment now, I often think how I took almost for granted the beautiful setting and location (right behind the Hemingway’s house and off Duval), the fresh fruit for breakfast al fresco, the amazing seawater pool and the many (free) happy hour drinks. Everything from the location, to the cozy and fully equipped rooms (with private balcony or porch), to the super genuine and lovely hosts made for an unforgettable stay.. I dream about going back there once they allow tourists on the keys..I even talked to Michael (the owner) and he explained the measures they are taking to reopen and avoid any close contact between the staff and the other guests and as it’s all small cottages (6 in total) with enough private space around I feel safe going there (not like you are stuck in a huge hotel with no place in between). So I booked a room in June and can’t wait to get there.. working remote on my laptop from my porch covered with flowers and palm trees sure sounds like a dream right now so I can’t wait! Plus all the beaches are open again in Key West (not yet in NYC) and spending a summer with no beach is not an option for me! Cross fingers and good luck Michael and Albena in this difficult time! As Florida residents we had a lot of expectations for this trip and Andrews Inn checked all our boxes. The location is perfect! Centrally located off Duval Street so it's a close walk to everything but just far enough off the street to be peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable. The home is well maintained and the landscape is quintessential Florida with beautiful evening lighting. Very cozy and romantic. The owners are on site everyday and are very attentive. They are knowledgeable about the area and recommend great local restaurants you might not find in a typical search. They serve fresh breakfasts every morning and ice cold drinks every happy hour. Parking is tight but this is one of the few places that even offered free parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

My husband and I just returned from a week long stay at Andrews Inn. It was absolutely perfect! The location was close enough to restaurants and Duval street that we did not feel a need to rent a car (the bikes the inn had to rent was also a plus). The breakfast provided each morning was delicious and a great way to start each morning. The happy hour was also an added bonus. The room (we stayed in Madrid) was very clean and roomy. Overall, Michael and his wife were very welcoming and went above and beyond. We noticed our box spring was damaged and mentioned it to Michael and he replaced it within a couple hours to ensure we were comfortable. This place is a hidden gem and we hope to return one day!

We spent 5 nights at the Inn. The tone was quickly set for a great visit when we checked in with Kaylee. She was so much fun and energetic. Also, had plenty of tips and advice for us first timers to Key West. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Their website depicts everything very accurately. The young lady that prepares breakfast and maintains the common areas is very attentive and pleasant. She makes a tasty breakfast as well! The off street parking is a fantastic perk and something I grew to appreciate. Just take in account there are limited spaces and it’s tight. If you’re rolling in with big ole Expedition or a Yukon you’re gonna work your tail off to park it. The entire place is well laid out and thoughtfully organized. A perfect reflection of the owners.
If you want to be central to everything and within walking distance this is the perfect location. You’re right in the action and electricity of Duval Street. However, you walk onto the grounds of the Inn and you’re immediately transported to tropical serenity and relaxation. It was the exact balance for us. Give them a shot, you won’t regret it.

The owners, Mike and his wife were amazing. They were very friendly and treated you like family just about. There was also limited parking on site which was a huge positive while visiting the Keys. The rooms were clean as well. Overall, great place to stay and would recommend this property.

My wife and I spent 4 fabulous nights at Andrews Inn and everything was superb. We just got home and I want to say that we also stayed here 5 years ago and were impressed, so we returned to Andrews Inn on our next visit to Key West. This B&B has been extensively upgraded with new decking around the pool, new plants all around, and very clean, comfortable rooms. Mike, Albena, Drake, and Damaris are very attentive and perfect hosts. We already miss our morning breakfasts which were delicious and convenient! We will definitely stay here again. It's the best place for a couple to stay in a quiet area just a half block from Duval Street and next door to the Hemingway House.

We have many great restaurants in town and most of them will have a holiday menu in addition to their regular menu. They send out the menus & specials closer to the date and we will have them for you to view when you arrive. Our concierge is here to make recommendations and arrangements for you during your stay.
