My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The suite was cleaned daily and the outside porch was great to sit on at all hours of the day! We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and private. There’s no front desk but check in was easy and they respond promptly to text messages and phone calls. We also had a parking spot right next to our room where we parked our golf cart. We would definitely stay here again!
We rented a suite for a few nights and it was larger than we needed but we made the most of it. with 2 full pullout couches and a king sized bed in a private bedroom. Clean bathroom and kitchenette. It had everything we needed. 2 porches with seating made it a great place to sit and relax. Pool was heated and very private. With a few other rooms on property we never ran into another person. We rented bikes which made it easy to get around the island and see much more than if we had just walked around. quick and easy to the southern part of the island and a quick 15 minute walk to Mallory square. Never turned on the TVs Off street parking. Highly recommend.
We had a long girls weekend and stayed at Travelers Palm. It was the best place! I loved that the complex was only 6 rooms or suites. It was peaceful and inviting. It was within walking distance of many of the places we wanted to visit. It was super clean and well kept. We also enjoyed having a front deck to sit out in the early mornings with no crowd walking by. I just can't say enough about how wonderful this place is! Especially with the current social distancing practices, it was great not staying in a large, impersonal hotel. I can't wait to visit again!
My husband and I had stayed at this property previously and loved it. So when returning to Key West we were so excited to be staying here again. We were quite disappointed. It was not the perfectly kept inn we had stayed in before. Outside the front patio of our cottage were piles of deck boards, wood, and some upturned chairs that appeared to be garbage. This is the first thing you see coming in to the Coconut Palm entrance of the property and it's not inviting or pretty. The brush needs to be trimmed back as the walkway was very narrow with the overgrowth. The fountain on the pool wasn't in service and we missed the beautiful sunshades over the pool. They just added a lovely touch. There were dead palms on the ground around the pool. It was the upkeep and beauty of the facility that made Travelers Palm. It was so sad to see it in the shape it was in. For the price of the stay, we were sorely disappointed. We will not be staying here again. Hopefully this stay won't taint the memories of this inn as it was before. …
My husband and I are over 60 and booked this resort for one night on March 22, when the corona virus was heating up. Due to my husband’s underlying lymphoma, we were advised not to take our trip. We are not sick. Since we didn’t know about the corona virus within 30 days of our travel, the hotel charged us $150.00 for the cancellation. Thank you Travelers Palm for taking advantage of us during a national emergency. When we rebook, we are not staying with you! Two of the other hotels we booked with, did give us a full refund!
