What a amazing stay. We stayed for 3 nights. Great view from the second floor. Our room was beautiful and clean. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast in the morning had many choices. Coffee served all morning long. The pool area was nice and quite. The bar was an add plus, you received 2 free drinks with your stay every day. The inn keeper and everyone else was very helpful and accommodating to your every need. Love it here. We will be returning.
Part of the B&B experience is supposed to be the breakfast! I’ve never been to a B&B that did not have an excellent breakfast. Specialty items, made to order items, etc…This breakfast was nothing like that. The sausage links and waffles were both frozen, the OJ was from a gallon. The hash browns (that I’m assuming were previously frozen) were mushy and had a weird taste. I’ve truly had better continental breakfasts at Best Western. It was a very basic menu, not a made to order. This was so disappointing especially with the cost of about $380 per night. I wish I would have known this before booking because I would have chosen a different B&B. The pool was very warm and not refreshing. Think bath water. There is no common room in the B&B. No real “host”. The room and location were great! Very spacious and cold for the heat and humidity. It was quiet and the staff was friendly. We were given drink coupons for the bar on site. There is also a food truck that has some great snacks/lunch.…
We visited the Southernmost Point Guest House for our honeymoon, the room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was included , as well as daily drink tickets. The area is walkable and quiet in the evenings. We will be returning soon .
Our room #8 was tiny. It was about 9 square meters and there was no closet. A caterpillar was working outside the window. The value for money is a disaster in this hotel. It's totally overrated. The location of the hotel is excellent and the bed is comfortable, but overall it is a disgrace to the guest.
Very clean, great breakfast, we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The pool was great as well. Within walking distance to the southern most point. Loved getting to eat breakfast with the chickens in the morning.
This property is perfect for a weekend stay. The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating and very informative about the area. The rooms were very clean and updated. The only thing I would recommend is putting in a bathroom fan.
Don't let the age of this beautiful facility deter you. Our room was completely updated and very well done. The building has a attentive and caring staff and we look forward to going back. It is on the "quiet end" of Duval street and that is just what we wanted. Sitting on the balcony in the evening was one of the many highlights that we will always remember,
We highly recommend the Southernmost point Guesthouse for your visit to Key West. Absolutely charming B&B and the service couldn't be more perfect. Located at the Atlantic end of Duval. They now have on premise bike rental and a beautiful little patio cocktail bar along with their own private parking. We love it here and wouldn't consider booking anywhere else for our visits. Thank you for taking such good care of us 🥰🥰🥰
We really loved our stay here. We stayed in #6 and had a wrap around balcony. We had a great view of the southernmost point monument. We took advantage of the complementary breakfast every morning. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious with a full kitchen. Although not on the water we had views of the water. We enjoyed the location. Close to restaurants and shops but a little tamer than further down Duval. Totally doable to walk to the other side of the island, but many people rented golf carts or scooters. We walked. What we liked about the Guesthouse was the quaintness and charm it had. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here while we were visiting Key West for the first time. We checked in on July 4. We were late arriving but the owner was very accommodating and left our key and info for us. The guesthouse gives you a complimentary drink daily at the bar located on the property. They were closing but gave us our drink, quickly before they finished up. Unfortunately due to a tropical storm, most things where closed the next 2 days, including the bar. We missed out on the rest of our complimentary drinks... boo. But, more importantly, they DID provide our breakfast, which we were thankful for, in that storm. We ventured out on Tuesday morning in the tropical storm, wiind and rain. The worker was there for us with breakfast and a smile - she was great! The room was excellent! Clean and roomy! Maid service was top notch. We made the best of the weather situation and had a good time. The location is busy, but good. We would recommend.…
