We just spent two nights here. Positives: pretty property, nice pool area, good location close to Mallory Square, adequate provisions in room Negatives: Counting resort fee and parking, we paid $573 for two nights for the smallest room we have ever had, including Europe. The air conditioner was overwhelming for the size, so it was either freezing or hot. The room was located close to the elevator, so we basically got no sleep for two nights. There was only one small window, and we heard everyone’s loud talking constantly. The management probably shouldn’t even rent out this unit.

Stayed here for week and I only wish it had been longer. This timeshare property is located in the heart of Old Key West. Masks are required to enter the reception lobby and hand sanitizer is readily available. Staff were very courteous and efficient. Parking is available in a garage across the street for a nominal fee and luggage carts are offered for guests to use. This property has no onsite restaurant but there are several within walking distance. Many shopping and tourist attractions are also close by. We booked a 2 bedroom unit facing the marina and it was fantastic. Hotel followed all COVID procedures and everything was really clean! Nicely updated with a 2 story floorplan. Kitchen, dining and living room were on the first floor with bedrooms on the second floor. Both floors had good size balconies facing the water with perfect views of the sunset. Full sized kitchen is well equipped and plenty of towels were provided. During the week the marina was very quiet but when the weekend came there were several boats playing loud music until late. Would recommend that the property install better soundproof sliders in the bedrooms that face the marina. Even conversations could be heard as many excursions depart from this marina every morning and the groups gather right in front of the building. We chose not to have housekeeping enter our room but the staff were very accommodating with all requests if we needed replenishments (i.e., towels, toiletries, coffee, etc.). Felt very safe and masks were required everywhere except when inside the pool. Pool towels are available just outside reception. Grills are located right off the pool and we noticed staff cleaning on a regular basis. Overall we had a wonderful time and cannot wait to return.

I had read a lot of reviews before booking this property and had mixed feelings about staying here. I can't understand the negative reviews. We thoroughly enjoyed our 1-bedroom unit on the 3rd floor of Building 4. We had a beautiful view of the pool and the harbor. Since we knew not to expect an on-site bar or restaurant, we weren't disappointed when we arrived. Staff was responsive and helpful. It is a smaller property, more like a boutique hotel, which was fine with us. It was nice not to be at a large resort. The pool was never crowded and it felt homey. Pros: Awesome location. We walked to Ernest Hemingway's House, Duval St., many tourist and shopping/restaurants locations. Pool was perfect temperature and designed to be entered from four separate areas, which made social distancing easier. The kitchen was well-stocked, the sitting area and dining areas were comfortable. Had everything we needed. A/C worked great (really cranked it out!), water pressure was excellent. Tall ceilings and a lovely balcony were a plus. Cons; Only a queen bed in the bedroom and a small bathroom in our unit. I think this varies by unit. My teenage daughter and I didn't mind the snug arrangement, but other people might. Laundry machines are free to use, but they're only located in one of the five buildings. The rooms could use a laundry basket TBH, I traded my timeshare points for a stay here and thought it was totally worth it. I don't know that I'd pay the astronomical room rates I've seen listed in other reviews. Key West is an expensive place to visit. I feel it's well worth a trip, but it can be a bit of a sticker shock when looking for accommodations. Parking rate is expensive, but you don't really need a car if you're staying here. We used Uber/Lyft or walked everywhere. We rented a Jeep Wrangler for one day to explore other areas of Key West and the other Keys. We highly recommend Key West Jeep Adventures for all-day rentals. You can drop the Jeep off at the end of the day and not pay a parking fee back at the hotel.

Location is awesome. Suites have 2 bedrooms and a kitchen- 2 nice balconies. Room smelled funky - ok - very humid - maybe that’s why? We stayed just as things opened up after COVID and there was no room service - and a lot about cleanliness - but the room was not well cleaned. Hunk on the waterline in toilet, wiped water I’d dripped off after shower onto bathroom floor and towel came up black 😳. Gave it a closer look and there was dust on the floorboards, doors and all surfaces. Told maid went home at 4 so I’d have to wait until next day. Woke up at 7:45 to a guy with a gardening blower mindlessly walking around blowing imaginary leaves around pool for 15 minutes. I called front desk and got no answer until the 3rd call after 8 (supposed to be available 4-11)- then they got him to stop. Furnishings are starting to look dated and are pretty beat up.
