I do not advise a stay here if you want a relaxing vacation. Parking blows, listed as pet friendly but no where for your dogs to do their business. First room we checked into was dirty and old with wet grock and hair in the corners and a USED piece of sponge on the kitchenette sink during a pandemic - just gross. Very nice young lady named Maya in the office quickly understood and immediately moved us to a newly updated room. It was good until the night woman, Pat (very rude and unprofessional) put a family with 2 kids up there at 8:30 at night who thought they were in a jungle gym. This was the night before Thanksgiving. Had her come in the room to here the thunderous noise and she said she would move them but we were awakened the next morning at 6am by the same noise. Needless to say, we left - never to return again! Shout out to Emma in the office who also was very nice and professional and tried her best to assist 👏

We had two rooms and loved sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by. Location, clean rooms, breakfast, parking and friendly staff, what more could you want? Only downside: noisy night, but that comes with the location. Forgot to turn on the noise machine supplied on the night stand.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. They have a lovely pool and very well maintained grounds. The location on Duval Street is excellent and the pool and common area is very private and tranquil. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend!

We just returned from a 3 night stay at the Wicker Guest House. This B & B type property is actually a collection of buildings that share a common courtyard with a lovely pool and beautiful foliage, right on Duval St. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Patti in the office. She was the best! Our room was very small but had a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Everything was very clean. Breakfasts are served out on the patio near the pool. There was nice variety of foods/drinks, and it was all very good (no hot food for the breakfasts). They do find parking for your car around the property. I would recommend leaving your car there and walking during your stay. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Although the Wicker Guest House is on Duval St, we were not bothered by any noise from the street, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 7 ladies here for an adult girls weekend (ages 59-60). We had rooms #111 and #112 and the rooms shared an outside porch area with tables and chairs. We were close to the (heated) pool and breakfast area. Breakfast was coffee, juice, and the usual continental types of food, mostly high carb variety, would've been nice to have some boiled eggs or some protein items. Rooms were clean, beds comfy, bathroom is on the small side (no counter space) but adequate. There was coffee maker, small microwave, small sink and lrg dorm fridge. We all agreed that it worked out perfectly as you're kinda in the middle of everything, meaning everything is within walking distance but you don't get too much of the noise and hustle and bustle of Duvall street. It's one block over from the Hemmingway House and Lighthouse. We have already talked about coming there again! Only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror or at least another mirror to the room to provide another area to get ready (makeup and dry hair etc). Also, mirror in the bathroom is on the small size, would've liked a larger one. (room #111). Having parking included and taken care of for you is definitely a PLUS!!
