checked in front desk friendly. Very disappointed in room for price paid. No amenities that you would expect. No info in room about hotel. Every place I have stayed at has had local and hotel info in room. Nothing noting c/o time so guess we can stay until we afe ready to leave. Stayed here when it was a Holiday Inn. Much better then. Would not book here again!

We were charged 139.00 for a resort fee from Wednesday to Friday. We did not have a car we flew in. This is unacceptable since we did not park. Reservations under Rick mccabe. What amenities did we get for 139.00? Nothing.

The location of the hotel is perfect! Very nice hotel, free bottles of water for guests and a lovely pool area. The only negative from our stay was that there was no recognition of us being a IHG one rewards member.

This hotel has a really great location right in the middle of all of the action of Duval street. We stay here every time we visit. This hotel is expensive though. It has a nice bar area when you arrive and the pool area is very nice as well.

Phenomenal staff! Moved us quickly into new room after notifying about a bathroom leak ( not theirs or our fault as they happen). Even let us look in room after we moved when we left an item behind in switch. Went above and beyond anytime we had a need big or small. Definitely staying here again!!

The hotel was in a great location. The on-site parking was a bonus. It was also nice having a bar/restaurant on site. The beds were comfortable but the bathroom needs a little updating. There was mildew in the shower and the wallpaper was coming off.

Like I said, you can't beat the location. Stayed for 3 night starting June 21. Hotel was very clean. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. There were a couple of hiccups though. There was no ice machine in the hotel. You had to go to the front desk to get ice. I was told that the hotel is about to undergo a renovation and they had to do it this way. Hard on everyone. After the first night, we found the thermostat did not work. Our room was freezing. We notified the housekeeping supervisor. It did not work until 2 days later. I thought that the prices were a little high, but I agreed and paid it. All in all, not perfect but I did enjoy it. I would recommend and return.

Visited the La Conch near the end of june and was so happy! The hotel is very close to all of the downtown historic attractions, and our bartender, German was one of the best people we met during our stay. He made excellent cocktails and was very informative about what places we should check out. He also made excellent conversation when there was no one at the bar. If you are ready to walk or have a scooter or golf cart, you can get to almost every historical location on key west. It is also conveniently located for most adventures if you want to get on the water. Overall incredibly happy with my experience
