We were impressed by the overwhelmingly helpful and cheerful staff, especially the front desk check in team of Annette, Ron and Bianca! We originally booked another hotel down the road and upon arrival knew that we couldn’t stay there. Havana Cabana welcomed us and insured we’d have an amazing stay in Key West. This should be your first choice when booking your hotel. The pool and whole vibe of the hotel is amazing.

From the start of my stay, the people were very attentive to my stay. I had a very nice worker bring me warm towels while I was at the pool. Rosalyn the game coordinator was fantastic, she went above and beyond and even recommended some places in town. Absolutely, loved my stay!

Our stay was amazing to say the least. Our only complaint would be that we couldn’t stay longer! The staff was attentive and very accommodating, the room was immaculate every day, and the food was to die for! You have to try their Cuban mix!!!

This was probably our fifth or sixth time back. Great family spot with some thing for everyone to stay entertained with a great relaxed. Fun vibe. When we checked in, we discovered our room was switched and there wasn’t enough beds on our premium booking. It took a little while but they found, the next best option in the next day, we tried again to get the first floor premium with Lanai sleeps for that we ordered. Amazingly, they found it! To ease our pain, they issued us free breakfast, and a few extra drink cards to me. mistakes happen. This one was not fun but they ended up making the wrong right so for that I give them , what I’ve always given them five stars !

Facility (pool and bar) has a real nice layout, front desk staff was very helpful. Rooms are nothing special and clothes/towels do not dry much while hanging - not great air circulation within the rooms. One day while raining, water was dripping from the ceiling and maintenance staff claimed it was condensation - and to prevent this, we needed to have the AC in the low 60s. There are a few things wrong with this problem and suggested solution. Upon arrival our mini fridge did not work. It was replaced with a new one within 30 minutes of reporting it to the front desk. Check in was a breeze. Food is only available via on site food truck. We only tried their breakfast menu, it's a little over priced for quantity and quality. Shuttle to and from Old Town was always on time, however the last shuttle back is 10:30pm so you cannot enjoy much of the night life. It was a decent stay but we are going to look elsewhere for our return visit.…

The music at the pool was loud - but we got an other room. Annette was very helpful and it was excellent service from her. Please honor her! The rooms are clean and the Shuttle to the center runs every 30 Minutes.

The pool side activity with Roslyn was very entertaining. We loved her energy and learned Spanish with Lotteria game which is bingo with pictures and there are prizes. We got complimentary cocktail coupons per person when we checked in and used at the bar and won two games!! Got a great beach bag and nice tumbler!! We definitely will come back!

Shuttle is helpful, pool area is nice, walls were thin so I could hear my neighbors but overall good value for price and everything in key west is 5-10 min Uber away so it was not difficult to get around

Easy to find, smart Check-In, friendly staff, a unique cuban-style atmosphere, cozy room, nice pool and tiki and a free of charge shuttle to Key West. We really enjoyed our stay at Havana Cabana and fine drinks at the Tiki bar.
