My fiance and I booked our stay from Thursday to Saturday for a nice Fourth of July weekend and I must say this place is truly a gem. I highly recommend staying with this BnB. Liz our host was very kind and professional. We actually ended up staying an extra day which we truly appreciated. They have a cute dog on sight named Lulu we and a cat. I am usually very allergic to cats and I didn't have any issues at all. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. They also provide a little continental breakfast in the mornings with fruit, cereal, breads, and bagel options. Plenty of space to lounge around as well. The pool next door was okay just wish it was heated was a bit cold but that was just me. Overall I give this place an exceptional 5/5. Thank you Liz, Brian and I will be back!

My wife and I had a great time here. The BnB is centrally locates so we were able to walk almost everywhere. The staff was great, friendly and accommodating. They also had great recommendations. We stayed in the king room which was right near the entrance and the place was quiet convenient and welcoming. This was our second time here and I hope to make it back again next year!!!

Just spent a week in Key West – great time all around! The cherry on top was staying at the Key West Bed & Breakfast (KWBB - 415 Williams St.). This was our second stay there and I have to say that Liz, Trish and the rest of the staff make you feel at home, are courteous, straight-forward and all around top-notch! Liz and Trish are quick to answer questions, give great recommendations on “local” places to eat like Bein, Azur, and Banana Cafe (all great eats). As for KWBB, it’s a quint old house with lot of character and an eclectic décor that is interesting and easy on the eyes. We always go for the 3rd floor to have a lovely view of the neighborhood and a private bath. Breakfast is delicious fresh/seasonal fruit and usually a baked treat like banana cake or cinnamon cake. Of course, there is fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee, and tea as well as breads, bagels and jams. I have to say the best part of KWBB is Lulu a delightful little poodle that greets all the guest. There is also a cat that hangs around the house that I nicked named “Not-Lulu! If you find yourself looking for a place to stay in Key West, check out the Key West Bed & Breakfast – They will make you feel like you are at home in paridse!!!

KW B&B was an extremely enjoyable experience. Very quaint residence, very well maintained. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Even before check-in time you are able to leave your bags to enjoy the sights. Same on the departing end. Facility is very clean. We stayed in a double bed room on the 1st floor. It was very quiet, and air conditioner was more than adequate. The continental breakfast was wonderful. Lots of fresh fruit, homemade bread, etc. Location was great. We were able to walk to all major attractions and excellent restaurants. Grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Not sure about on-street parking. Could be an issue

We only stayed at Key West B&B one night but it was an awesome experience from start to finish. We really appreciated all of the personal attention that was provided - a welcome email, a thorough tour of the home, great info about places to visit, the ability to store our bags after we checked out, and the list goes on and on. The house was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The outdoor garden and seating areas were super inviting and made me want to curl up with my book and just hang out! Breakfast was provided - a huge variety of fresh fruit, as well as cereal, baked goods and bread/bagels. I can't say enough good things about Liz and Trish's customer service - thank you both for making our short stay a very memorable one. The location of the B&B is also dynamite - close to everything!!
