Loved the personality that radiated from the inn and the people working in it. Breakfast was lovingly prepared in the mornings and staff was invested in making their customers happy. Our room (Heritage) had four beautiful and big windows, and although the bathroom was just outside in the hall, it was not a problem, as we were provided bathrobes to use. Both the bathroom and the room had air conditioning, and the one in the room also had a “quiet” mode that we put on at night. We came in a car and got a free spot on the street, but parking is also available on inn property for only $7. Separate towels for the pool were also available! Would recommend to anyone and would come again in a heartbeat!

This was our first visit to Key West, and we stayed for three nights in early April in the Cayo Hueso room. We had an excellent overall experience. The room was clean, comfortable and stayed cool all day despite the heat and humidity of the Keys this time of year. Breakfast was provided every morning with fresh locally-roasted coffee, assorted fruit and pastries and even mimosas! The pool is tucked away in the courtyard right off the back porch, and we enjoyed spending a few hours laying out and relaxing after a long night. The Conch House is a short, two-block walk from Duval Street, and it was incredibly easy to get there and back for lunch, dinner and nighttime festivities. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We will definitely stay here during our next Key West visit!

We have stayed here every time we have visited Key West. It is an excellent place to relax. Sam, Hillary, and crew work hard to assure you have everything you need. They make each guest feel special. Rooms are perfect. The breakfast spread is just right. We enjoy just hanging around the pool. It is the perfect distance off of Duval. Can’t wait to come back!!

I didn't think the Caribbean room would be so perfect for us (it was the last one left I think and/or less expensive than other rooms) but we loved it. It's not connected to the house which was a bonus. We got a porch to eat breakfast on. Breakfast was plentiful. Water was always available - critical in the heat. Parking was available and only 7 a day. Only place where they could improve would be more bathroom shelf space (leverage the window sill, but be careful - you may knock something off) and maybe a little "about you" when reserving so they can tailor the check-in to you. Just as an FYI, it's about a 15 minute walk to sloppy Joe's.

The Conch House was an amazing place to stay. We go to Key West often and we try different places to stay. The Conch house was wonderful. We stayed in the Heritage Room. Do not let the detached, and private, bathroom scare you off. Robes were provided. It was just a few steps from the room and we never even saw anyone else upstairs during our stay. The balcony was also only a few steps outside of the room. This was a great spot to sit and have coffee each morning. We get up early, so the staff provided us with a coffee maker and we really enjoyed the balcony each morning. We did go fishing one morning and were going to miss breakfast. The staff provided us with some pastry, yogurt and fruit the evening before that we put in the refrigerator and had before we went out on the boat. Breakfast each morning was great. Nice selection and mimosas! The pool area was a great spot to have breakfast and meet the other guests. The location was also great. We were about 2 blocks from Duval street. We walked everywhere. On our final day we had a late flight out. We checked out, but were able to leave our luggage. We went back to the house, got an Uber and headed out. It made our last day much more enjoyable. Thank you again for all of your hospitality. We will be back next May for our Honeymoon.
