Thank you, Kimpton Ella’s Cottages, for an amazing experience! We would Personally like to thank Jennifer B for making our experience even more amazing with her excellent tips on where to eat and things to do! You made our experience that much more and we are thankful. The property!!!! Great boutique hotel! Quaint, tucket away, yet in the middle of the action. We loved the pool in the evening for our family and it’s a great place to have breakfast in the morning. Speaking of breakfast, it’s a light fair that will hold you over till lunch. We loved the welcome SHANTY beverage and the SECRET PASSWORD! The only hold up for us was our suite had one bathroom. We knew it going in so we can’t complain but it was a huge pain for our group.

This is an amazing little boutique hotel right in the heart of Key West. From the moment when we arrived until we left everything was prefect. We had contemplated staying at one of the big box hotels on the Key but the reviews were average (50% poor/50% good) and you had to take a shuttle to get to old Key West. We came across this property on the IHG website and were intrigued by the small size and impressed by all the positive reviews. We also felt this would provide us the opportunity to get the full experience of Key West. We arrived around noon and were warmly greeted at check in by Michael. He took the time to explain everything about the hotel the surrounding area. He checked on our room and it was just about ready so we parked the car (gravel parking area behind the hotel), got our things, and moved in. We had one of the deluxe one bedroom suites that faces that back of the hotel with a little individual raised patio and garden area. Very quite with no street noise. The room was spotless. Smaller room but more than adequate for one night. Bed was very comfortable for the two of us. Everything is very close by and within walking distance. A few tips and observations - there were no barking dogs or rosters at 5AM. Heard no street noise. The parking lot is 612 Petronia Street. While there is a little pull off area on Simonton in front of the hotel I would suggest going right to the parking lot first. If you come in on US1 (Truman Ave) right on Simonton St, right on Olivia, left on Elizabeth St, left on Petronia St. I would highly recommend this property. We are looking forward to coming back! Thank you everyone at Kimpton Key West especially Michael.....your the best!

Clean small boutique with pretty good location. Jenny’s service added an extra star to my rating single handedly with her kind spirit and service. Rooms were a little smaller than I would prefer but the pool area was nice.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I love the small, boutique style but the place never felt too small. The staff was friendly and always accessible. The location is close enough to Duval Street but far enough that you don’t get all the loud craziness. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful grounds on a somewhat quiet street and charming rooms. We were lucky to get room 19 - a king garden suite. We got here early as check in as at 4 but luckily we're able to change and hang by the pool area for a bit until our room was ready at 2. Check in was easy and we were able to store our luggage as well. We appreciated the welcome shandy made with passion fruit juice which was delicious! The location is near lots of great restaurants and bars and not too far a walk from most things. My biggest wish is that our room had a better option for hanging clothes as the clothes rack provided is fairly small. It would also be nice if the hotel provided a speaker with the room or a white noise machine as the rooms facing the street are a little loud most of the night. We improvised and played white noise on a phone all night. Otherwise, our stay was great!
