Nice friendly staff. Got waterfront rooms. Can go sit out in the back on beach chairs or hammocks with sand under your feet with a water view (makes it feel like you're at the beach). Best sight for sunset at the pier out back, better than Mallory square (which people say is best for sunset views), but they haven't seen it from the hotel. Room was clean, but unfortunately due to COVID, no cleaning staff - that was ok though. Would definitely be back to stay if coming back to Key West!!!

If you expect to have your room cleaned while you are here don’t bother coming. They said there is a law prohibiting cleaning but I can’t seem to find it. We will be here a week and nothing will be cleaned including the trash - imagine what that will look like after a week - but they offered for us to take it out ourselves. If you want fresh towels you can call and ask - definitely not service. They could at least bring fresh towels each day and leave by the door. And if you want your bed made or sheets changed do it yourself. By the way they encourage self parking but you can pay the valet fee anyway. They charge a daily resort fee but close the pool at 8 pm. I understand safety during Covid but it’s just an excuse here. They will serve you drinks at the pool but it’s not safe for them to clean the room when you are not even there. For what we are paying a night definitely not worth it. Very disappointed in the attitude of everyone with few exceptions. We won’t be back.

My husband and I spent the past week here in one of the waterfront villas. I cannot stress enough how much I love this hotel. The room and the grounds were so comfortable and beautiful with an amazing romantic tropical feel. Things I loved most: Sunsets from our balcony and the pier were gorgeous. The adult pool in the evenings has the coldest water which is great after all day in the heat. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bartender Ashley at The Grove was great! The food and drinks are really good. The Key West colada and the Key West pizza were very yummy. We would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

I adore this hotel, we were one of the first guests through when it reopened 18months ago after a huge and expensive refurb. The resort is stunning, it’s a truly luxury hotel and resort, the dining is amazing, the adult only pools are wonderful for just chilling whilst the kids can be with parents in the big pool. The rooms are outstanding, and it’s the best shower you’ll ever get in a hotel lol. We normally go with friends and have an entire 3bed villa to ourselves, however on this trip we just got away for a 4 day weekend for my husbands birthday, so we got a ground floor ocean view king room with its own beach, it was epic!! Truly idilic. This time we also took advantage of the concierge and book a sunset dinner cruise and a 90min JetSki tour With Sunset WaterSports ( see my other review). Not only did we get money off because we were booking through Parrot Key, literally took all the effort out of it and we had an epic time on both the dinner cruise and the Jet-Ski’s. I can’t recommend this hotel and resort enough, it’s the cleanest, most beautiful hotel on the island, the staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble, this is our 6th stay in 18months and the team recognise us now and always go out their way to make sure we (and all the other guests) have an amazing time. To put this review in context, I own and operate 12 hotels, I try and install the level of service and commitment Parrot Keys team has in my own teams. I’m horrendous as a guest lol, because I run hotels so I see everything (it’s my job), but genuinely I can’t fault this hotel or its on-site team at all.
