I came down to do a cruise to see the reefs off shore. We decided to stay at the Holiday Inn. I found the hotel to be rather dated but it was very clean and the room was fresh smelling. We had a very enjoyable lunch before the cruise. I will stay here again if decide to come to area...

Not the standard expected from Holiday Inn. The room looks as thou6 it is out if the 60s or 70s, with poor lighting and minimal bad decor. Room was VERY musty and the room phone dial pad did not work. No TV Guide for the channels in any losing book. One positive, the resta6 next door, Skippers , permitted meal...

This hotel has separate two-story buildings with inside access halls that wrap around a really nice pool area and Tiki bar. It has a gym and decent breakfast restaurant and a small gift shop which also carries some necessities etc. Laundries in the various buildings are good for families. Sits next to the canal which is good for some restaurants,...

We stayed here during our visit to the Keys. We reserved this hotel because of the IHG loyalty program, but we were a bit disappointed with the reception by the staff. The room we got was very plain and nothing special and it didn't seem very well kept. Fortunately, it was just a place to stay, so we didn't expect...

The view from the road as we pulled in wasn't exemplary but the real gem was the pool area and tiki bar. There were actually 2 pools, a hot tub and a really cool tiki bar in the middle. Susan and Nick bartended when we were there and were friendly and helpful, telling us where to view the best sunset....

Upon arriving at the hotel during the "spring break" craziness we learned our reservation was not what we reserved over the phone. I instantly braced to hear the worst that our waterview King was gonna not be available. Savannah at the check in desk could not have been anymore professional and efficient at switching into crisis mode and getting us...

Our room, with its view of the marina, was perfectly situated. We spent a lot of time on the little balcony watching the boats. It is moments from John Pennekamp State Park (glass-bottom boat tour was awesome!) and there are lots of restaurants around. Kids eat breakfast free at the buffet, which was quite good. Restaurant staff kept the coffee...

Arrived late evening 8.30pm having travelled all day and tired. Checked in with our luggage only to be told that our room was around the back and we would have to take our luggage back to the car and drive around the back and up two flights of stairs as there is no elevator in this "hotel". Room was really...

Hi Pamela, I didn't pay anything for breakfast. It was all inclusive!

And the breakfast was plentiful and intercontinental.

There are very few beaches on the Keys. Most of what is here are man made where sand is trucked down fro the mainland. There is limited access to the ocean although we are on the ocean side of US 1. We are located on a Marina
