We traveled down from Central Florida in our fifth wheel with our three children and our 2 1/4 dogs. ;-) I hadn't been down to the Keys in over 20 years and this was the first time with an RV. We absolutely loved Keys Palms! So much thought went into the layout of this property. From the pavers, to the astroturf, to the benches, picnic tables and lounges throughout the property & down by the water. The pool is beautiful, the bathrooms and laundry room are immaculate. There is even a fenced dog park area and doggie poo bags distributed around the property.
And, of course, the view! Simply amazing!

This is our second time staying at Keys Palms RV resort. It is extremely well maintained as well as friendly staff. The pool sits right on the water and it has a small beach area too. It offers boat docks (haven’t used) and fishing pier. It is only about 1 mile from John Penekamp State Park and a 45 minute drive from Biscayne National Park. The noise from road traffic can be heard from the sites upfront, but it’s to be expected with location right on Overseas Highway. We use a sound machine.

I enjoyed this RV park it has a beautiful location but our site #29 was awful way too small for our 37 foot luxury travel trailer and the road noise was awful. close to bars and restaurants within walking distance. It is quite harrowing to pull out of this park with no traffic light. A few of the people in the 5 front Class A sites were a little pretencious and I previously owned a class A for over a decade. We ha a great stay albeit VERY VERY exspensive and our neighbors choked us out with their marijuana use. All in all we would come back again but only on site #13 or #14 book early this park is extremely busy.

This place is amazing. First and foremost Patty in the office is awesome!!! Amazing customer service with every interaction we had with her. We travel a few times over the summer to the Keys and we were lucky enough to get a 5 night stay in July. Very quite and clean campground. Laundry facilities were very nice and clean. Pool was a nice size to keep everyone socially distanced and right on the waterfront. Love that you can fish right from the dock or watch an amazing sunset from pool or dock. Very close to restaurants so we had a nice variety for nights I didn't feel like cooking. We brought our boat and it was the perfect location to get to many great reefs, fishing areas and restaurants. We were able to keep our boat on the dock for a small fee, very convenient. Loved this place and will definitely return.

One of the highlights was the fantastic spot designated for watching the sunset. It provided a perfect, serene setting to unwind and take in the breathtaking views. The pool and hot tub area was another major plus, offering a wonderful place to relax while overlooking the water.

A 100% homerun! Clean, modern, staff is friendly. This my friends is a Blue diamond! Swimming pool and hot tub are awesome. Sunsets in the evening on the beach. If you do not have a boat, you can fish right off the pier. We are returning :-)

The park is very clean. Restrooms and showers are immaculate.
Pool area is very nice and maintained. The staff is very accommodating. We travel with my 86yr old mother and they made sure if we needed anything they would be able to assist.
This was our 2nd time and will be back again in September 2023.
My husband is the picture taker so I do not have any to add, but I will be sure to take some on our next trip.

Nice place very clean. Sites have privacy which is great pool and hot tub were very relaxing. . The only complaint is we paid for on the water and what they call on the water is not on the water. Make sure you get what you pay for.

Convenient location and well maintained. Bathrooms were kept very clean. Rules for the pool are not enforced at all. Loud music, kids in the spa (unaccompanied by parents) food around and in pool, if you want to play catch go elsewhere. Not a prude but being considerate to others is just good manners. Staff seemed very friendly and check in was easy.
