Just spent a lovely week at the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne. The doormen and the pool staff were fantastic. Also John at concierge was great. Front desk staff needs some help. Also it would be nice to have a daily update of what events are happening at the resort.

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to visit The Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne's new restaurant "Lightkeepers" during my visit to Miami the last weekend of February. It is a fabulous new restaurant with great service, excellent cuisine, and enticing cocktail menu. The tomato fondue is a must! Executive Chef Raul has really done a tremendous job creating the...

I was here for a night in Feb 2017. The hotel room was nice and felt renovated and new. The rest of the hotel felt more like a Marriot than a Ritz. The pool was outdated and the beach was very small and sloped towards the water. The water also happened to be filthy with seaweed which is not a...

We were fortunate enough to be greeted and checked in by Nick. He is the perfect ambassador for the hotel. Our suite was beautiful and the amenities were fantastic. My sons and I could not have had a more enjoyable stay. Thanks Nick!

What can one say it's a Ritz. Ultimately the most important characteristic is how wonderful the staff is from the people who take care of you at the front door to those walking around the garden everybody smiles gestures with cordiality and says "how can I help you" without hesitation It is a beautiful property with wonderful early morning sunrise...

Amazing location, staff is friendly and generally very helpful and gracious, especially the beach staff! The food is generally local fair with a Hispanic & Cuban influence and poor selection of meat and Steak House type food. EVERYTHING IS VERY EXPENSIVE! The hotel rates, food, transportation and entertainment are double or triple those in Arizona. Maybe the ocean (with trashy...

It's the Ritz. Very expensive. Everything but water is a la carte. The staff is very friendly. We had a wonderful ocean view suite. The bed was not as comfortable as the South Beach or White Plains property. Wondering if it just didn't have a significant pillow topping like the others. The beach was not very good. Lots of seaweed...

I went to the Ritz with a business partner/friend to enjoy some home office outdoor working. We were welcome at the valet parking (very nice and funny guys) and the went to an outdoor bar/restaurant. Perfect service, very god music (by a decent dj), the food and the drinks were delicious and the wifi hat a good speed to work...

The reason people are willing to pay Ritz prices is because they assume there will be a certain level of service and attention to detail during their stay. Ritz Key Biscayne does not reach that level and we found ourselves generally underwhelmed by our experience. On the positives: they graciously upgraded our room when we realized how small the standard...

Visited for a conference in February. Front desk staff was surely on arrival...not a good way to start. They nickel and dime you on everything. No parking other than valet. Rooms were very average. Not 5 star by any means. Room service menus was tiny, and the food was straight-out bad. Beach was nice but not $600 a night nice.
