This is a perfect place for family or friends to gather. A wonderful historic beach home with 6 bedrooms/6 bath! Lori, the owner, is great and very accommodating. The breakfast porch is really neat! Very close to the beach and close to restaurants if you decide not to cook. Highly recommend!

While Fig Tree Inn is no longer operating as a Bed and Breakfast you can rent the entire 6 bed 6 bath vintage Beach Cottage. Which our over 70 year old active cousins group of 10 did. Very comfortable, with ample public and private spaces. Enough off street parking to accommodate everyone. Kitchen equipped with everything you need including a...

Lots of space to lounge and enjoy the FL beach town atmosphere and close enough to stroll back and forth to the beach. Close to a lots of restaurants and other watering holes. My in-laws were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary and we chose The Fig Tree Inn as our rental for the family to gather and celebrate! We rented the entire Bed and Breakfast (I believe the owner is renting it exclusively and no longer running it as a Bed and Breakfast). We stayed five nights with 8 adults, 3 dogs, and...

Lori, the Innkeeper for Fig Tree Inn is warm and gracious. I try to stay with her each time I travel to this area. She makes business easy breezy on the beach! I adore the decor that reflects the relaxed beach area. Take out is fun eaten in the living area at the breakfast bar.

My daughter's entire bridal party and their spouses/significant others rented all the rooms for the entire weekend for her wedding on October 19, 2013. It was the perfect location for these young couples! The groom's family even had the reception party there as it held many people inside and outside of the home which was catered by TacoLu. The rooms...

With this place only a block from the beach; it was truly better than a hotel experience. I was not in Jacksonville for pleasure, but for medical reasons. This quaint little place made me feel like I was at home. I would stay here again if the opportunity presented. The owner was nice and attentive to my needs. The room...

Bed and Breakfast, pets welcome, and 1 block to the ocean, it doesn't get much better than the Fig Tree Inn! Spouse and I spent two nights at the Fig Tree Inn on the recommendation of a friend. Our expectations were met and exceeded by our stay at this charming little inn by the sea. Lori was friendly and helpful...

“Insist on staying on the main level. I was on the 2nd story, which has NO covered access. It was raining heavily as I lugged my suitcases upstairs. There were gangs of people who yelled all night/morning long-I got NO SLEEP and worried that my car would be vandalized. There was a minimal breakfast-not even a boiled egg. The air conditioner return unit clanged all night, too. Stay elsewhere, so HUGELY disappointed and the Rate was outrageous ---NEVER AGAIN !!!!!”
