I have stayed here several times due to the fact they accept pets and the cleaning habits are very poor. I have found syringe caps, torn baggies, pills, capsules, and condoms on the floors in corners of closets and along side of the beds. Air conditioner filters are black and hair laying all over bathroom vanity tops.
If you are looking for amenities this is not for you. The rooms are plain, no coffee makers, irons, telephones or hair dryers. The room was clean and comfortable they do provide a small fridge. Not modern but just fine in my book. NO BUGS like most of the other small hotels in the area. The air conditioner was ice cold. The other guests were quiet and considerate. They do keep the rift raft out! I will return and stay here anytime I am in the area. Which is several times a year You find a gem keep it!
We ended up in Inverness by coincidence and needed a room to sleep. The motel is a bit out dated, but for 60 $ you can't complain. The room could use a new carpet. The wifi however was the fastest on our two week road trip.
This is an old style 11 unit motel, that is still here and serving the public as best as they can..It's clean and reasonable at $60...If you want to spend $175,go up the road to The Holiday Inn Express..
For $60, I'll tolerate it, but it's dirty as hell. Dirty carpets, stale cigarette smell (in a non smoking room), foot marks on the walls, and ants in the bathroom. Door jamb is cracked like someone tried to kick it in, so it's not really secure either.
