Our family decided to have a staycation for a week at this property. Nicole at the front office was very friendly and helpful in making our reservation. We stayed in Unit S301, which is a two bedroom/one bath condo on the third floor, with a private balcony and AMAZING views of the gulf! We enjoyed watching the sunsets each night, and the kids loved playing on the beach each day. Inside our condo, we had two spacious bedrooms (one had a king bed, and the other had two double beds), a large living room, and a beautiful bathroom. Lots of light comes into the unit. We had a washer/dryer in the unit, which was very helpful for washing beach/bath towels each day. We loved the private beach, and the included tickets to the water park each day were a wonderful addition to our reservation, which we enjoyed several days while we were there. It was nice to stay in a condo that had all of the comforts of home while overlooking an amazing beach with a beautiful view--it was just what our family needed! We will definitely be back!

Winter came early this year as we got hit with 14 inches of snow so we decided to pack up and drive to Florida for Christmas. We found the perfect getaway in Indian Shores Fla. The staff at New Hotel Collection did a great job coordinating our trip and helping us with during our stay. Beachside Resort is great boutique resort that offers incredible beach views from every unit. We were fortunate to have a unit on the third floor that overlooked the resort and beach. We had amazing sunsets views. The resort is situated in close walking distances to several restaurants and is a short drive to many more. The two bedroom unit with large family room and kitchen was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. Very clean, with plenty of towels, pillows, soap and shampoo. The property manager was on site every morning and always made a point to see if we needed anything. The resort is perfect for that family that wants to enjoy the beach and pool. Just steps from your unit. Indian Shores beaches are the best in Florida. Soft white sand beaches that are wide and level. Near the water the sand is compact that provides for easy bike riding and beach walks. We loved renting the electric beach bikes and cruising on the beach. The water is crystal blue and calm that was great for paddle boarding. This is a must do activity. We saw dolphins swimming a few feet from us as we paddled along the water. This is our second stay at a New Hotel Collection resort. We first stayed at Harbourside in Indian Rocks and now they have added Beachside. We got first class service as we did at Harbourside. We can't wait to come back next year.

Great location, beach and pool. The cleanness and furniture not so much. The couch stained and nasty covered it with a sheet. Recommend a cover or pleather couch. Sliding doors covered with dirt and salt you could barely see out of them. I simply took some wet paper towels and did a quick clean. A quick weekly squiggly would fix that. The doors overall need to be cleaned. Then just wipe them down each time and they stay clean. There was a strange gurgling sound coming from the kitchen sink and suds starting coming up. It seems to happen when the upstairs unit ran the dishwasher. Happened several times. There were no pillow cases on any of the master bedroom pillows so you saw all the stains, not pleasant. There were no extras so I had to go down to the main office for them. Those did not fit as they were queen cases for king pillows. Extras should have been in the unit & the cleaner should do final checks. There was a hole in the bathroom wall obviously from the the door handle hitting it repeatedly. Needs patched and a simple door stop would prevent that. No shampoo or soap were in the bathroom. Bring your own. If your wiping down the other surfaces wipe down the doors and walls that look dirty. Master bedroom dust piled up on the wall. Patches where repairs done were not painted. I have added photos of these items and hope you can step up the cleanness/maintenance of the rooms. These are all simple quick things that can be incorporated to the cleaning process. Room S201

We ABSOLUTELY loved our stay at this condo! It was very clean and up to date. It is right on the beach and there is access to two different pools. We even got 4 free vouchers to Splash Harbour Water Park, which was so fun for our children who are 3 and 12. Walmart is only about 12 mins away, but there are other near by grocery stores and shops! We also visited the Aquarium in Clearwater and that was about a 22 min drive. If you’re looking for a great location that is super private and directly on the beach, this is the place to stay! We will definitely visit and book with them again!

We stayed here for a week in March and had s wonderful time. The hotel is right on the beach and the deck was a plus to sit each night and watch the sunset. Very clean. Loved that it had a heated pool and regular pool. I will definitely be back!! Wish there was a jacuzzi. The only downfall was that there were only 4 beach chairs for the whole complex and 2 of them were falling apart. I would suggest that they use the daily resort fee and invest in beach chairs. Great location on Indian Shores beach. We were there for spring break and it was all families!

First, on Sunday the cleaners unlocked our room while I was there alone and did not even knock. My husband and son were shopping so this gave me quite a scare. The ice machine was empty so we had no ice and no trays in the freezer to make any. The dresser in the master room has missing handles so you can’t use all the drawers. The master bathroom has nothing to put your items on in the shower. I’ve never had to put my items on the floor. The shower is slippery, no toilet paper holder, no wastebasket so we are using a Publix bag, out of the 3 lights 1 is burnt out, 1 very dim, 1 fully lit. No coffee filters so thank goodness I brought some. Only 1 kitchen towel and no drain board. One of the bed pillows in the spare room has a large pick stain on the cover. The sliding glass doors don’t open. The small pool has 2 out of 3 steps missing. We had to flag down the cleaners who don’t speak English to get a trash bag. Why so stingy with items that should already be in the room? For a family celebrating their 31st anniversary and 60th birthday this is the worst. We will never book this resort again. We work hard for our money and this trip was not cheap. You would think spending almost $3,000 for 5 days that you would not have all these issues.

We rented the two units on the third floor for family (1 bedroom units). Check in was 4:00 PM, got one unit but 2nd unit was not cleaned when we arrived. After a few calls they sent a cleaning crew out to prep the room. The crew was not happy about being called out and was using profanity the entire time they were cleaning the room, not friendly either.. got the room around 6:00 PM. The property does NOT look like the pictures. There are several things broken or in need of maintenance at this property. Our room has several patches in the ceilings and black material on them. The entry door lock had been pried open to the point that it takes several try's to get the door to lock. Our patio tables had broken leg supports and tops. The plantings were brown and the cleaning people put out their cigarettes in the pots. Our first day we had 15 people in our small pool, mostly small children, they were from the property next to us. Our pool was not filtering properly due to low water, it had sand and hair in the water. On the last day of our stay a guy came to put water and chemicals into the pool, no cleaning. The pool deck had one broken umbrella and the gate to the beach had to be lifted and forced open, it was dragging on the concrete. This is our second time to Indian Shores and we love it. We made the best of it and didn't complain but we felt people should know about this one for the money they charge. See attached photos.

Everything about this hotel/apartment was so great. We stayed at one bedroom apartment with extra sofa bed. I was a little worried about the size of sofa bed but it was big enough for my 8yo and 12yo (they are big girls). Laundry at site was helpful and unlimited water bottles and beach towels were great. We cooked hotdogs and burgers with grills outside and ate with a few other people staying at the hotel. It was really fun experience and made us feel like we were living there! Oh if you keep looking at the ocean, you may find dolphins!!!

Harborside resort has been where me and my family go usually on spring break for the past 3 years last week was no different. The experience that I went through with our room and being locked out and not being able to get in after hours definitely did not sit well with me. The next morning I encountered an employee that greeted me at the door and made everything better for my trip and family. Christina Barnes, Christina Barnes, Christina Barnes this employee that they have working for them is an angel in disguise. What this young lady did for me and my family and how far and beyond she went to make sure She correct the situation and the experience that we had earlier. Christina was so amazing She never left my side until everything was resolved and the calls and texts she made to whoever needed to know about my experience and how to make it better was amazing. The part that blew my mind the most is she checked up on me every single day and my family the whole time we were staying there. The same goes for Jim they definitely made me reconsidered my stay. Needless to say I am giving kudos and props to the employees who doesn't get their recognition enough. Because they are the one that makes a business what it is. Christina deserve her flowers and so much more till this day I'm still surprised that she is not a manager Christina displays all the qualities as such even without the title or even more because her presence alone and how she treats you as a person is with every company would love to have to represent them. The beach and pool areas were lovely. One pool was somewhat cloudy, didn’t appear to be monitored daily. Poolside furniture was very uncomfortable. Kitchen and living areas were nice. There was visible mold on the bedroom ceilings and in the vents. My friends and I all suffered respiratory issues while staying in this place. Room supplies were minimal and requests for additional needed items received slow response.
