#1 of 5 in Indian Rocks Beach
For 30 years we have been in search of hospitality excellence here in our coastal village of Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. We wish to share the peace, tranquility and sense of place that this bohemian location has brought to our family and community. We personally invite you to partake in our version of the beach week; offerings of direct gulf-front and thoughtfully restored and furnished 20th century cottages all designed with Old Florida in mind.

Just returned from our week at Indian Rocks Inn (Gulfside Pavilion), and it was just as great as our previous 3 times! Traveled with another couple and we had such a blast! Met some great people (upstairs neighbors from Chicago, people behind us from Canada), did a lot of relaxing by the pool and on the beach, we did a sunset Tiki Boat ride from Florida Tiki Tours (HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), but mostly enjoyed the property. Grabbing dinner from Kooky Coconut and eating on our patio, something we did more than once. The sunsets from the beach just cannot be beat! Whether you're just a couple or with a group, this place is definitely the place to stay!

Went with multiple families with small children (each family had their own condo) and we were not treated great- I don’t think they like kids and families here. They didn’t say anything during our stay at all, but after. I even emailed them twice after asking for a little explanation before I wrote a review to be fair and they didn’t email me back. Location is great, amenities supplied/good, condos were ok (not a lot of storage for a week). Would only recommend if you don’t have kids.

2 couples on holiday @ Narrows Mariner's Address 03/5-12. Our communication with Janet & Andy in the office was above and beyond-excellent both prior to our trip & during our trip. The layout of the suite was exactly as described. The king BR bath was tiny (like barely turn around) but doable. The AC, bedlinens, towels, water pressure, laundry facilities etc-all good. We loved seeing the sunrise over the Intercoastal Waterway in the AM and watching the sunset from either the pool deck or beach. That's what we were after. The pool/deck area was cleaned often, and even though the temp of the pool was perfect, we were surprised that there were no lights in the pool for an eve swim. We enjoyed the gas grill for cooking & the patio loungers & tables/chairs. Parking was no problem @ the property. We really appreciated the plastic loungers to pull to the beach! The neighbors were super friendly, when we saw them. The property/setting itself was great. IRB-not so great. Tons of people, sirens, traffic-difficult to get into a bar/restaurant for dinner. IMHO for what we paid, I expected more from my location. I enjoyed my holiday & the property-just not the location (IRB). Just to be honest, the other couple we were with loved it all! :) Different expectations.

The week we stayed at Sarah's Seaside was so relaxing and quiet. The 1910 Beach House was amazing. It had everything we needed. The ocean was steps away. Walked to restaurants, ice cream shop, bakery and more. Staff was very helpful and available to answer any questions. The property is well taken care of.

We spent the week at Sarah's Seaside last month. We stayed in the Hyde balcony unit. The unit and grounds are immaculate and beautiful. The beach is exceptional. Took many long walks each day. Location can't be beat. We walked to restaurants and loved the old Florida vibe in this area. We hope to return in the future!

We reserved the carriage house at Sara’s Seaside. Reservations are made for seven days from Saturday to Saturday unless there’s a short notice availability. The historic property is quaint with several accommodations for larger families or couples. The place is nicely landscaped & every room has a private outdoor area. Our room was nicely appointed, clean & spacious. We had nice sunlight coming in from the windows & sliding glass doors but unfortunately lacked privacy with people walking by. The room had a king bed, sofa, ground coffee maker, ice maker, table for two & a full kitchen with all the cooking & serving pieces. Unfortunately the TV orientation only allowed proper viewing while sitting at the table. The free WiFi worked well. The bathroom was on the small side with a pedestal sink but the shower was spacious. Only bar soap is provided. There is no housekeeping during the stay, however they provide extra towels but only two beach towels. So we did laundry one day. The laundry closet was next to our building with only one washer & dryer. Difficult to get time using them as families understandably were using them quite often. Definitely bring detergent. The pool is in the middle of the property. Small saltwater pool with plenty of seating but we never enjoyed it because it was always too crowded. Our room faced the pool but with the fencing & foliage you couldn’t see in it. We were so grateful for the air conditioner in our room drowning out the noise. We spent our days on the beach. Beautiful stretch of sand with a short walk from the property. Set up yourself cabanas, beach chairs, toys & kayaks are provided. The beachside wooden lounge chairs have cushions to bring down but the chairs can not be moved. The location of the property is great. A short walk or bike ride to several restaurants, shops & nature preserves. A pizza place, brewery, CVS & beach shops are right across the street.

We stayed at the Sarah’s Seaside property and what a tremendous experience it was! The week we spent at the historic 1910 Beach House will be a cherished memory for years to come. If you’re seeking a true Florida Gulf Coast experience, you couldn’t pick a better spot than this ideal collections of cottages on Indian Rocks Beach. The beach and sunsets are stellar, and many great and fun dining options are within easy walking distance. Highly recommend!

Stayed with my 2 teens in the Shuffleboard Annex over Spring Break. Just perfect for us. A very charming upstairs accommodation. Extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again. Staff was wonderful to work with before, during, and after our visit. I have family in the area so I was already familiar with this location. Lots of carry out options if you choose or dine in. Beach is spectacular.

Calm, peaceful and relaxing. The ‘team’ are wonderful to work with and so very responsive to their guests needs. We love it so much we’ve already booked again for next year. Nothing more lovely than watching the sunset over the ocean!
