We only had one night in the area and really wished we had longer! They accommodated our late check-in and gave some great history/ background of the area and tips on where to go on our one-day visit. A beautiful home and grounds plus a nice community location to explore. Hope to stay here again next time we can get...

Wonderful dinners, breakfasts, price, location, and gracious accommodation are still the order of the day at the Chaz. We'll keep coming here every year for our long-weekend golf trip for as long as they'll have us. This isn't and doesn't pretend to be the Ritz. It is as warm, comfortable, and welcoming as any home visit could ever be.

Calling the Chassahowitzka Hotel a "hotel" is a grave misnomer in the modern parlance as it lacks the amenities one expects in a hotel. Jeff, owner/host, greeted us and showed us around. Our room was on the first floor and the sitting room was spacious with two comfortable leather couches in front of a flat-screen TV. Then he gave us...

Our group of 8 guys rented the entire hotel out for our annual 4 days of golf, this time at World Woods and it worked out fabulously. Dave (the owner) together with Jeff and his staff made our stay comfortable and served us the most plentiful and delicious breakfasts and dinners we could imagine. They were so welcoming and friendly...

This was the safe haven for our family during Hurricane Matthew after evacuating from the East Coast. The staff are friendly, genuine good people. Room was clean, shower was excellent. We enjoyed the nature (seeing deer from the front porch our 1st evening!) We also enjoyed the simple homey breakfast. The TV lounge area was so nice with rustic, angling...

Our second trip to World Woods was excellent. If you have 8 or more players, you can take advantage of the fine cuisine being served at the Chassahowitzka Hotel by Jeff Leslie and his gracious staff. You will be on a first name basis within a few hours of your arrival. Great food, accommodations, pleasant environs-could not be better. If...

What a great place to stay for a golf trip to World Woods. 11 golfers had the whole "Bed and Breakfast" hotel to ourselves. Where else can you get up in the morning to a full home cooked breakfast waiting then travel only 6 miles to the course. Play 36 holes of golf come "HOME", clean up, relax on a...

We stayed here for the July 4th weekend of 2014. Perfect layout for boating all day and then coming back to a very comfortable place. Breakfast and coffee in the morning! Only criticism would be not enough double/queen beds. But if you're flying solo or for the kids it works out perfect. Would go back but book early! Fills up...

More of a B&B vibe than a hotel; continental breakfast included, shared bathrooms, common rooms, and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Excellent choice for groups interested in fishing, birding, kayaking, or other nature-oriented activities. I spent three nights in March 2016 and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great location for a guys golf trip. Everything from the layout of the hotel, the close proximity to golf at World Woods, the fabulous food the great staff prepared was perfect for a guys golf trip. For us it was like a luxury fraternity house. Hope to be back soon.
