We had a couple of days to enjoy Ft. Lauderdale before our cruise, so we decided to check out this place. We certainly did not expect a Five Star Resort, but we didn't expect the place to look like a skid row flop house, either. We visited on a weekday, not on a weekend when there might have been a wild party the night before. Still, there was garbage strewn everywhere (empty cans and disposable cups) around the pool deck. There were four couples present, but the vast majority of the attendees the day we visited were lurking single men, openly manipulating their genitalia while staring at the women. The pool deck "play room" closely resembles a jail cell, minus the required sink and toilet. This "resort" is dirty and creepy. We would NOT recommend.

Was told don’t go, but had to go to judge it myself, Everything I was told was true. Just entering the “lobby” you already feel dirty. (Only accept cash at this touristy place)The elevator feels it’s going to do a Tower of Terror drop. The pool area disgusting and the smell of nasty old grease coming from the grill was vomiting.

Went here and had a lot of fun. The pool was nice and we met a nice couple. But my favorite part was going to Dr. Von D. Mizell-Eula Johnson State Park to play at the beach. Lots of fun! Very secluded and lots of places to have fun! We loved it, highly recommend this beach.

We went to the couples party on Saturday night. Floor was wet from rain so they just put towels down. Place was filthy. Not well lit and no place for anyone to sit. The smell was horrible. A combination of musty, mold, and dirt. Stairwell was inaccessible and elevators were so slow. Please don’t waste your money here.

Visited Hollywood for vacation and decided to stay at the Rooftop Resort as it was advertised as totally clothing optional meaning the entire resort with the exception of the beach. Beach not zoned nude. The rooftop pool was crowded with broken, garage sale, chairs/loungers/pool ladder. Dangerous pool ladder. Rooftop pool was fun with nude people and nice weather day. The rooms were very nice, looked new and bed was comfortable. Very clean. Immediate hot water shower was great. The room was spacious with spacious kitchen with lots of cabinets with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Not one utensil like a spoon. Bring plastic utensils or paper plates if you have anything in your room. No food on property except for inedible sandwiches at rooftop pool during the day we got sick from taking a few bites. The atrium view from our room was open. Nice ceiling to floor open view was nice. They offer day and night passes. At 9pm, we thought the advertised, dressy nude party would start, instead it was bombarded with thug life night pass people with DJ music so loud it shook the walls and strobe lights so bright going around, they penetrated the black out curtains of the room. The party seemed to be all men sitting around waiting for something to “happen”. We looked out the window of room and saw this and was so creepy we stayed in the room. We would have checked out of our room right then, but desk closed at 5:00 pm and couldn’t you can’t check out until 10:00 am. Had two hours of sleep. Obviously one does not come here to sleep, but the DJ “music” noise was so obnoxious. The draw of the place is the uniqueness and freedom to go nude, or partially, anyway. False advertised as the whole resort is advertised nude. Better, truthful, advertising would be “nude rooftop pool only”. For average of $300/night…stay home.

We stayed there for three nights. Nobody came to clean the room while we were there. Once a day, a surly maid showed up and gave us new towels and soap and shampoo. The only food served on weekdays was a quite modest breakfast spread. On the weekends, the person handling the barbecue grill was extremely rude and wanted to get into an argument rather than just focus on doing his job. Just a terrible experience. Offered very little in return for the outrageous room rates. You can get rooms at a five star hotel at that price level. One-star quality at five-star prices

Staff was very cool. Advertises as not allowing single men, but if they get a room, they are allowed. Very misleading & disappointed with all the single men lurking all over the place. Would never have stayed here 4 days if we knew this. Get a day pass for Saturday & skip the rest!

This place is horrible. It's filthy and ramshackle with surly employees. We bought a one-day pass for $60 and left after 10 minutes. We would have left after five minutes but the elevator is the slowest I have ever encountered.
